They thought we were going to steal a full cart of food when we run our own business.so went to Fred Myers spent 780$ their,we wont be donating to their Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners this year.

power went out twice while in the store. huge back up. they had to scan each item as i was in self checkout and they passed out cookies to us.....nice gesture!

I ordered a cake through their bakery and the staff there was awesome! I went to pay for it through the regular check out lines and the cashier was awesome. However, I had a small issue that was going to take all of 15 seconds to fix and management was NOT friendly at all. The woman in management who "helped" me made it seem like a huge inconvenience. I'd rather drive further and go out of my way in order to bring my business to a place who values their customers a little more.

I'm so tired of this store. Everytime I come here I'm so irritated by the time I leave. The deli department has given me the wrong food. Asked for American cheese, received horseradish cheese. Another time asked for the roast beef that was on sale, got home and realized they charged me for the expensive kind. Today was skipped in line 3 times by the deli and the just for u coupons.. never ring up correctly. dont bother filing a complaint, even corporate headquarters doesn't give a crap.
