Never had a worry with Richards team. communication was amazing, even with those late night questions. They always had our back and with the stress that goes along with buying a home, it felt amazing knowing that the Morgadge part of the equation wasn't part of the chaos.

Richard was everything one looks for in a Lender - transparent, communicative, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We were working with Richard before we purchased a new construction house...as many do, we decided to go with the in-house lender but our experience did not match up and we ended up going back with Richard. NO REGRETS. We were moving states with a VA loan and he made it happen, helping us reach all of our goals and closing in less than 30 days. You can't find many people who can keep their word and not overcomplicate everything. He and Corina (who is also amazing!) gave us the best experience. We had to worry about absolutely nothing. If you're like me and have worked with sketchy people in commission-type jobs - this is NOT THEM. Give them a call and see for yourself!

Richard is fantastic. I spoke with multiple agents from different companies before I found Richard and I was full of doubt and had no confidence.
