My son had a work accident and we arrived in the evening but before closing but the pharmacist said she was busy with inventory and couldnt help us for an hour. When I insisted my son needed the medication she said to go to another pharmacy down the street. Unbelievable! I will never go to Rite Aid again!

They remove reviews if they don't align with rite aid. There was a person with a pcr test that posted before me and they deleted mine and hers. The person with the pcr test only gave.them one star but selected all of them. This store is disorganized aisle is empty. Outdated product being sold. We get home and check 6 items outdated by a month not even a few days. Their manager Matt lets people he knows purchase alcohol without ID and didn't let us get cold medicine because mine expired the day before. When my grandmother goes there towards the end of the night they turn the lights off even though there is more than 15 minutes because they want to leave and rush the elderly out. If your not in with the Managers they will close the door on you even if there is two minutes left and you need medicine. If you know Matt you can come but alcohol even if they closed. Also don't tell me contact us at 1800 RITEAID does nothing and you spend hours on phone.

Absolutely the worst experience! I called the store to make an appointment to get PCR testing for Covid. Was told its walk in only 7 days a week . So when I get there they tell me I need an appointment. I have to go on line to make an appointment.A ridiculous time spent to gi online to make an appointment , make a new gmail account and then make an appointment which soonest was an hour later. Then I did not see any confirmation for the appointment. Asked pharmacy to check on their end if my appointment was showing! That took another 30 minutes! Finally they say they have it and to go thru the drive thru now! Another endless wait! I am given test tube for my sample! I notice the sticker does not even have my name, I mention this and the guy at window says he will put the sticker on it!So unorganized , now I wait and wonder if I will even get my test results . Day 2! Hope I never have a reason to come to this location again! Rate -1 star

Went back the next day to pick up my meds since I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone so I could verify they were ready. Arrived and of course they told me to come back in 10-15 minutes because they weren't ready. I asked her why they told me it would be ready the day before and the lady told me she didn't know she wasn't working. Awesome thanks. I emailed Pam as she asked and this is the reply I received: Hello Valued Customer, The 'customer.service@riteaid…' and '
[email protected]' email addresses are no longer active.

This place gets five stars because of Florence, the most friendly cashier I've encountered at this store. I look forward to seeing her every time I come in. She's happy to help in any way she can and enjoys making conversation with customers. I appreciate that! And her work ethic puts that of her much younger peers to shame! Please give this woman a raise or something! She's so dang delightful!

I have had the absolute worst experience with this pharmacy. The lady is the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. This has happened on numerous occasions. I really wish they would screen people who are actually decent in customer service.

This location is where I go after work or when I need to pick up something quick. If I dont feel like going into a bigger store then rite aid usually is good enough for me. The last times I have been in here after work to get some things I need I found the cashier extremely rude. Shes an older lady and I dont think she means anything by it. But her demeanor is a bit strange and it seems like she doesn't want to deal with you if you have more than a couple things that she has to scan. Its not enough of a problem for me to not keep coming here but at the same time sometimes you just dont want to deal with people who don't know customer service. I also have noticed how bare the shelves get and I find it strange because other locations don't seem to have that problem.

Could tell I was being followed the moment I walked in the door. I'm carrying several bags from the last places I shopped, considering there's some shady people in their parking lot. I don't feel comfortable leaving shopping bags in my car. I find several items I really enjoy, and the person following me decides to make it even more obvious that they are doing so. Being Latino I get stereotyped pretty often. Even though my chronic illness has lightened my skin to be almost see-through pale. Also, because of my medical condition, I look to be 18 not 32. So I try not to let it get to me when I'm being treated differently. I understand teenagers shoplift. I understand that that's the demographic they have to watch out for. But this young woman didn't even try to hide that she was stereotyping me. She gave me that "I know you can't afford that" look, when I had a handful of rare makeup finds that I genuinely was thrilled about. I got discouraged because she kept following me,looking at me as if I was some freak. I get so angry that I can't help myself. I usually can contain my feelings when being treated poorly or stared at in public. I do my best to ditch her, trying to convince myself she isn't stereotyping me. Trying to convince my self it's all in my head. If she thinks that low of me, I must actually be awful, right? I couldn't help it anymore, I had to know if I was crazy or if she really was hound dogging me like some criminal. I go to the back of the store, to grab water, my last item.I shove some of the items in my bag once I'm in the back of the store, to confirm she's following me on the cameras as well. I don't plan on actually taking them, and I pull them right back out, not even letting them hit the bottom of my bag. Right on que I hear her call for security over the microphone. I can hear her voice calling for security. I felt dirty even doing this, but I had to make a point. My self esteem had been damaged and I had to confirm my suspicions. I walk up front and then purchase my water. She asked where the items were and I directed her to the spot I set them down at. I added "I'm not going to buy things I don't need when I'm being followed". The other worker laughed. She looked sorry for her co workers actions. During the time I was there I watched 3 white teenagers stuff their pants with chips and drinks. And they walked out without a word. I usually pick my medication up from here. Usually $1000 worth each time. That's the minimum, sometimes my meds surpass 3k. I'm chronically ill and I struggle shopping as it is. My life expectancy is only a few more years. I use makeup as a coping mechanism and was very excited by the makeup items I found at this rite aid. I'd been looking for that specific brush collection for several weeks. It's sad I'll have to find them somewhere else. Like i said, shopping is already a strain on me. I usually only have the energy to get out once or twice a week. Which makes this trip even more devastating, since it's one of the rare times I'm able to leave the house. For now on I'll be sending my scripts somewhere else. I don't want to give that amount of money to this location, if they're going to condone this behavior. I feel really horrible after this trip. I felt like I was being chased by a mean girl in highschool again. But I feel too ashamed to bring my business back to this location. I work so hard on my appearance everyday because I'm aware being ill makes me look like trash. I'm heartbroken that no matter how hard I worked, she clearly thought I looked like trash anyway. Trash enough to shoplift. Trash enough that she ignored the three clearly 14-15 year olds stuffing their jackets and pants with snack foods. I'd like to say thank you to the woman at the register with the blonde hair. She was the one who giggled at my remark. She may not have heard it, and was probably just laughing because she's used to

I love the Pharmacy staff. I've been very sick so my husband gets my medication for me. They know him so well he doesn't have to say my name. Lol. I was able to get out recently and went to RA to pick up my medication, the staff was so happy to see me. Everyone came over to the check out and said that were so glad to that I was having a good day and wished me to continue getting better.

Always very accommodating even though I use mail order for most. When I do have to use for an immediate prescription this is my place to go and have been for many years .

The stars are for the pharmacy only! The store is terrible! Everyone except for a few are slow and it's a shock some could get employment there! Yet again the pharmacy rocks Helena, Chelsie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and and Vani! The rest of the staff is nice too.... in the pharmacy!
