I’m not gonna shop this location anymore. One of the cashiers are mean. I return something. I have the receipt. She said since the tag is missing she can’t honor my return. I have the receipt and she said NO. I’m so mad . So if you have returns make it sure you have the tag. Coz she will never honor your receipt.

Since visiting WA this trip I've been here 3 times already and each time I leave satisfied and carrying a whole bunch of stuffs! Affordable and budget friendly while shipping on a budget.
The store was a bit unorganized, but considering my time of visit was near closing its understandable, the cashiers are my favorite they we welcoming and asked the right question and knew to anticipate my shopping concerns.
Found a lot of hidden treasures durimg every visit!

This Ross is always well kept, clean, and organized. They have a good selection of high quality products sourced from overstock of other retailers. I always enjoy finding hidden gems here and there.
Deitnely worth stopping buy now and then.

Had clothing racks blocked off. When I asked a staff memeber if they had someone for the fitting room he said “no, nobody showed up for work”. I was read to try on and purchase 7 items and walked out because I couldn’t try anything on.

Took my son summer clothes shopping and got SOO MANY OUT FITS and all name brand stuff!!! And shoes and slides! Great prices! Lots of selections!

If the cashier at self checkout is going to scold you for having 9 items instead of 8 at self checkout, maybe you guys dhould have more than 1 register open

Found my daughter's Prom dress and accessories at Ross this year. We had a great time, and the prices were affordable. Thank you for being part of this special experience! I'll post a photo next week after prom.?

Alex in the dressing room was so kind, helpful, respectful, and professional. He was relaxed about it, but it was beyond what I expected. I'm used to getting the bare minimum with customer service, so it actually made my day. Thanks Alex!

Good place to buy pretty quality "seconds" House wares, cooking oils. Hot sauces ingredients, pots and pans. Clothes, shoes and other Knick knack. Type stuff.

I will not recommend this store, some of the employees and especially the "store manager" need proper training on people management and good customer service. I have been coming here for years and brought my aged mother shopping here as a birthday treat so she could enjoy the 10% discount for older folks. We spent over $300 in this store today even though the store manager adamantly refused for me to pay for the items with my card for my mum who was standing right there with me so we were FORCED to pay with cash. I have no issues with changes in store policies but the way it was communicated was really appalling and disappointing. Ross you need to do better at vetting the people you hire in customer facing roles and who represent your brand so you don't lose loyal customers. Horrible customer service, do better Ross.

The manager Donald refused to return my unused purchase, that was accompanied by receipts and tags because it was a pet bed and may have been used. It was not used. It doesnt look used. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Go to literally any other Ross store.
