Hands down Jodi is the BEST. She cares & takes the time to make sure you understand. The entire staff, Chris, Evan, Barb & the tiny pharmacist whose name I always forget, but you can usually see her pop around the corner every once in a while. If there is an issue, they will always try to help work it out. Example… I have a prescription due in a few days and it is on a national shortage so one of the staff members contacted me to let me know that they don’t have it in stock at the moment and just start calling other Safeway and other pharmacies to try and locate one that has it. Not many pharmacies would take the extra step to do that.

Jodi and her team are absolutely amazing. For the last ten years since I moved I’ve continued to use this location even though it is farther from my house and there are two other Safeways closer. They make you feel welcome and give that old school feeling of how pharmacies used to be as if you’re saying hi to one of your friends. They know you. The customer service I get here is hands down the absolute best and well worth driving a little farther to come here. This team is one of the best, even in moments of crazy busy chaos and the constant rules and changes they face. They still never let it impact their customers.

Everyone here is so lovely and helpful! When I’ve been used to the people at Walmart and Walgreens Pharmacies, I was almost surprised at how nice and kind people working in the pharmacy would be. Definitely recommend to make your home pharmacy!
