Thank you to Angela in the Deli Department. Was refreshing to actually be noticed at the sandwich bar and be helped by someone with such a good attitude. Most Safeway Deli’s especially in spanaway will do there best to ignore you and if you ask for help they have a bad attitude or say there oven is always broken…
Anyway I’ll be coming to this Safeway from now on instead of Spanaway. Thanks again Angela. That positive attitude makes a difference.

Safeway Frederickson is closest to our home so their service to my family is life experienced. The only complaint ive had in the past was the service in pharmacy, being just slow or being ignored. Idk? Past months service has been great! I appreciate the hard work the pharmacy staff does for us everyday. Nice turn around! Thank you

I shop here when I am in Washington visiting family. I have always had great service and the shelves have always been stocked and well maintained. Clean store and great selection; especially in the produce department. :)

Poor customer service. We waited at customer service for a while to return chese that was bad purchases the night before. A manager eventually came over to say we'd have to get in line at another register. The woman's lavatory is awful. Toilet paper off the wall and disgustingly gross. ? tiles cracked, and the soap dispenser is sitting on the sink. It needs to be redone and maybe have a code to get into. But then you'd probably need to have someone at customer service to assist you with this. I won't be shopping at this location. For the price we pay for everything, they should be keeping up with service and maintenance of the customer areas.

This is a really nice store, the only thing I can say is the parking lot is extremely tight / cramped. Past that, not a bad place to shop

Myself and an African American man were prevented from entering the store at 11:54pm by a worker (about 5'3" Hispanic), stating that they're closed. Store hours states that they are open until 12 midnight. He said the checker has to leave at midnight and it's 2-3 minutes before. Itold him that it's 11:54pm and showed him the time from my phone. He shook his head and said we're closed. I am not coming back. Amazon....

Tried to purchase Newmans Own Dog Treats today. Normal Price weas $ 7.49, with a Sale Tag at $ 6.49. When we checked out, they rang up at $ 7.49. Cashier said "Oh, the sale ended Dec 31st., do you still want them ?" Now, anyone trained in customer service would have (1) apologized, (2) offered to match the sale price and inform management. Needless to say, I said no I don't want them. Funny this was the day I completed a store comparison on pricing between Safeway, Fred Meyer, Wal-Mart and Winco. Took the last 2 major shops at Safeway and compared pricing. Overall, Safeway was 27.4% higher on the exact same products. (No meat or produce). So, extremely high prices and poor customer service. Why should I shop at Safeway anymore.

Shopping at this location is so convenient after I fuel up at Shell Gas station at least once or twice a month. It's a clean store. It means all my basic needs. Service is great. I got the Ellenos Greek yogurt mango flavor to try as I've tried the other flavors. I'm sure I'll like it as love mangoes!!

Came in today 1/6/24 around 2:30ish to grab some wine and a few other things, decided to stop by the deli to grab a snacky snack. (I make it a point to speak to people in a polite manner regardless of gender, race etc, especially if they are on the customer service side of the table) I ask the young guy if I could get a "pizza stick and one spicy chicken tendy" I even hit him with the "may I have" he doesn't say anything and aggressively puts the food in the bag all the while having a disgusting look on his face . He gives me the food without saying anything again and still had that stank look on his face even after saying thank you . I looked to my wife and immediately started laughing . 2 stars for the laugh and fresh tendy. On the real though this kid shouldn't be anywhere near customers with his attitude I get it dude serving food sucks, but no one is forcing you to do it . Maybe he is better suited stocking shelves or working in the back.
