I get asked every 5 steps I take if I’m finding everything okay and what I’m looking for. I was taking my time and browsing . Looking up reviews and photos of some of the hair color. But every two seconds the associate working the floor just kept asking if I’m finding everything okay and then recommending products. I let her know she was overwhelming me. Sometimes too much help is too much. She didn’t stop and then brought over her work partner to also recommend products. So I walked out ?♀️

I stopped in Sunday morning hoping to get some hair dye to help cover up so nasty color. Was greeted right away by Diana and she was more than willing to help solve my problem. She showed the right color for my hair type and got me the correct developer. She even explained how to mix it properly. It was a great experience from the start. Natalie cashed me out and was extremely friendly with all the customers in the store at the time. I can't say enough about how fabulous my experience was. Great place and I will now be a customer for life.

i came in with heavy 4 year box dye built up. i have used professional products before just usually i'm on a budget lol. the people at this store did an AMAZING job helping me with what i should use to tone my blonde (from my natural dark brown w LOADS OF splat dye) and achieve my perfect color without frying my hair. i also came in to see what i should use as a mask to help my already dead curls and said that i was on a tight budget and the employee helped me wonderfully!!! everyone here was very kind and welcoming and it's now my go to sally's:)

when I walked in there was one person working she was great and helped me find what I wanted right away. When she was walking me to the register another customer walked in and asked her for help. Instead of finishing my transaction she left and went to help the other customer. I was waiting at the register where she left me for a good 10 mins. I spent more time waiting than I did finding what I wanted. I finally just left because she just kept going on and on and on just talking while I was noticeably waiting. I guess bad customer service is the only thing that really gets to me because I've been there done that and know how easy that situation could have gone.

I went in today and had a weird/off-putting experience that makes me not want to come back. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. I said no, but talked to the lady for a couple minutes because she was nice and then I made my way to the hair aisle. I have 2C/3A hair type and I went in to buy a bonnet and look for a new leave-in conditioner, so I looked in the aisle for curly hair. I was talking to my friend on the phone and explaining how I have to be careful with leave-in conditioners because my hair is fine and some leave-ins are too heavy for my hair. So I was looking at the labels and trying to find something that worked for my hair type. The other employee in the store walked up to me and asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a leave in and that I didn’t need help. She then asked me why I was looking in the “course hair aisle” when I had fine hair and that these products weren’t meant for me. I was shocked at her audacity and told her that I was looking in that aisle because I have curly hair. She then went on to explain that those products were not meant for my hair type and tried to guide me out of the curly hair section. I did not know how to react so I stayed cordial but I was appalled that I had told her multiple times that I have curly hair and explained my hair routine to her. I had run out of leave-in and wanted to try a new one, so I was looking for something that would work for my hair. She still tried to tell me that “These products aren’t meant for our hair. Why don’t you try Paul Mitchell?” Our hair? Ma’am? It wasn’t until my friend on the phone mentioned that I had 3A hair that she was like “Oh? You’ve used these products before and they work for your hair? Have you heard of the Curly Girl Method? Maybe the bowl trick will work for you since you have fine hair?”She finally left me alone and let me get on with my browsing. But I honestly didn’t want to look anymore because I felt uncomfortable. It was incredibly disrespectful. Please don’t assume that all curly hair has to be thick or “course”. I know my hair is curly and it is rude to tell me it isn’t based off of one experience with me where my hair is in a bun. Please be more inclusive. People of all colors and hair types can have curly hair.

make sure to check prices on what you want before going here! Was vastly overcharged for clippers and when I tried returning them they stated all clipper sales are final except with receipt and had receipt but would not accept return! BUYERS BEWARE

The three people working this afternoon just rescued me from the WORST hair of my life, I looked like an insecure lemon. They were quick to suggest the right products and how to apply it. Thank you and I hope you all live really long happy lives <3

First of all great nice clean store and super friendly staff that went above and beyond to help with good intentions but .....1 st my hair now is dyed brown black I asked the rep for a blue black suggestion I wanted the blue to pop. Well my awesome associate Mason showed me two options which I made very clear I wanted blue black. Well out of the two options I was presented with I pick the better of the option and then I got a clear glosser for afterwards went home did the hair I do not see one speck of blue I look at the box with my glasses because I had my glasses at home and the color says brown blue there is absolutely no blue just brown which is far from blue black that I asked for. Today I called the store spoke to a representative she asked me if I had the merchandise unused and I told her no obviously I used it and that's how I found out yes I still have my receipt yes I still have the packaging the boxes to where she basically told me I was s*** out of luck so despite the representative giving me the wrong color and me putting the wrong color on my hair because that's what I was told I was getting for me being trusting and spending $50 I get your s*** out of luck. I asked for a return phone call from the manager we shall see how this goes. I will update when I find out more.
