Made an appointment for my daughter at this salon. We were called 30min before the appointment saying a previous appointment went late and they were not able to get her in. My card was charged the 50% deposit even though Salon Escape canceled the appointment, not us. Would Not recommend, will not ever schedule there again.

I had the most amazing experience with Amanda at the salon! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Amanda not only fixed my brown hair box dye disaster flawlessly but also made me feel like a million bucks!
Her expertise in making my hair look natural and beautiful was truly remarkable. But what sets Amanda apart is her incredible personality. She's not just a stylist; she's a friend, a motherly figure, a nurse when you need it, a teacher, and incredibly talented at what she does.
Amanda took the time to listen to my stories, offering valuable advice and guidance along the way. And to top it all off, she even served me English herbal tea, adding that extra touch of warmth and hospitality to the experience.
I can't thank Amanda enough for not only transforming my hair but also for being such a wonderful human being. She's a gem, and I feel lucky to have found her. Plus, winning a service for free was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience! Thank you, Amanda, for everything!

Stylist: My husband Brian goes to Cian for his haircut and he always looks amazing. She has great attention to detail and is very focused on what she is doing. She is sweet and professional and the only one he will go to.
