They took care of the screw in my tire for free. They also gave me a very reasonable estimate for a new tire sensor. I waited inside for the work to be done. The waiting area is clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and quite nice. The customer service is excellent.

Lets start by clarifying that i have been using Les Schwab since 1983 with stellar results all along.Then this, took my truck in for alignment, all was easy, on way home truck pulled to one side hard, took it right back to schwab, they said cam bolt cam loose, well i know why now! Recently took in for alignment, could not do due to damage to vehicle, i have include photos from shop who did repairs, so lame! Large $ amount to fix once revealed. and why a front Alignment man would ever do this is beyond me. So unusual for them. Just want the public to know whats up at north Puyallup store.Have contacted customer service center and no response so far.

they thought they had the tires yet one day turned into 3. so God our economy. a resent remodel forced them to reduce their inventory for awhile. love these folks.
