I love their patio mix I get at my local hardware store Johnsons hardware in maple valley.I have compared the price per pound from other stores for patio mixes and this is a great deal here. The birds at my house just devour it and being a patio mix no sprouts under the feeders. Thanks to Johnsons and Seed co. NW for a great deal and a great mix.

Normally good product. But occasionally when you dump a 1lb of nut-sand from off the floor and put it in the bag with the Squirrel Trail Mix nuts, it's not cool not to mention messy. Paying for useless powdered nut-sand is not what I want to pay for. Please keep it clean. Thx.

The Seed Factory in Puyallup Washington mistreated my mother who has a disability and she tried to place an order for bird seed with them and the lady on the phone was very rude to my mom and made her feel very bad about herself. She spoke in a rude tone and talked down to her. I called the lady and tried to let her know how she was talking to my mom was not okay and the lady on the phone started talking over me and was very unprofessional. She does not need to be working with people in the community through customer service as she cannot be respectful or professional. Especially to those with disabilities. I made a report to the BBB.

For the last decade I've been purchasing their high quality patio mix in 20 lbs bags (sometimes larger). But the price has gone up a tremendous amount over the pandemic. I can no longer afford their seed. If my memory serves me correct, it was a 30%+ increase.

I buy the Squirrel Trail Mix religiously at my local Farm Store in Chehalis WA. With a simple Google search I recently found out that Cashews are not good for squirrels, "like sunflower seeds, pine nuts, and dried corn, cashews contain high amounts of phosphorous which will eventually lead to calcium loss. If a squirrel eats one or two cashews, it will likely be okay. But you should never feed captive squirrels or wild squirrels cashews of any kind." Is there a way to buy them without the harmful seeds and nuts like cashews? I'm disabled and this is one of the few activities that I can participate in. I would hate to have to stop feeding them, or look for a different way to do it. I see that you really care about wildlife and I really hope that you can fix this. Thank you, E.M. Riley

I am done buying bird feed in plastic bags. They cannot be recycled in Bellingham. This company sells a wonderful 40 lb bag of high quality no residue seed for barely over a dollar per pound, retail. Thank you for doing the right thing Seed Factory Northwest

They don't let drivers use there rest room. Why it's worth to right this review is because I have bladder problems and they just said it's company policy, they didn't care.

I buy Seed Factory hazelnuts all the time and they ain't cheap but much of the time they sell bags of what are supposed to be all hazelnuts and it's full of empty shells, twigs and nut dust. Check the bag first before you buy their hazelnuts so you don't get ripped off.
