The online process to rent a space was smooth and easy to follow. I don’t recommend using a mobile device to sign the required contract. The form radio buttons and the initials are difficult to navigate.
You need to confirm your identity in person at the office when you first rent a space. Marty and Brandy were there to greet me and were extremely helpful, thorough, and friendly. Marty assisted me by showing me the space and explained all the security measures in detail. I highly recommend downloading the app to access the location. The whole process was very easy and the price was great. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Rental grounds are very clean. Security cameras in the right locations on the grounds. Safe and secure atmosphere.

Brandi and Marty are as closest to angels as a human can get. They are very welcoming, professional, and if it's within their ability, they will go that extra step.
The place is CLEAN and secure. I can honest say I am more than happy knowing my stuff is safe secure and will be in the same condition I left it. SmartStop price is comparable if not cheaper than most. But you can't beat service.
