I asked for lemon design. The work looks very amateur.
Fill acrylic. One of my acrylic was chipped and had to be completely removed. They split my nail bleeding and proceeded to put acrylic over it while still bleeding. No price cut. I paid 70$ for that. Outrageous!

I have been coming here for at least a year and I am incredibly happy with the services everyone at the salon provides! I've only had one set that I was unhappy with but that was before they changed management, so whoever did my nails that day no longer works there.
I always come in looking to get specific designs on my nails and the women here always do an amazing job replicating the design from the photos I show them. They are attentive and will make sure the process goes smoothly and that you don't feel pain or discomfort when taking old acrylic off your nails. I love getting pedicures and my eyebrows waxed here as well!!! This is my go-to salon for pretty much all my needs!

Needed some work on the toes and found this little gem while on vacation in Puyallup, Wa. I went for the deluxe pedi since it had been awhile. So glad I did! Honestly, the nails look great but the foot massage!! It will go down as one of the best I've ever had. Sonny Nails is clean and up to date on all the latest nail trends. Quiet and relaxing, I could have stayed all day!

I would not recommend this salon. Despite the multiple questions that I asked about what they were going to do as I was hoping to have replacement nails I had anything but that done. Insisted that they had to remove the nails and they couldn’t actually do filler which I had no problem with, but I continually asked about replacement nails and by the way it was incredibly painful to have those nails removed. I paid $50 and I still gave a $10 tip for a manicure NOT gel nails with tips. I was incredibly disappointed and there were significant communication issues. Being in healthcare and working with staff and patients from all different countries, there was very little effort for them to answer my questions effectively and for me to walk out with the nails that I thought I was going to walk out with.
Go there at your own risk.
Ridiculously expensive. I don’t mind paying top dollar for something that is done well.
Lastly, the elevated table that they use to
place your forearms and hands on was incredibly uncomfortable.
Requested style: I went in there to either have the growth from the nails that I had in place, not my natural nails, to be filled in trimmed and polished, but that is not what happened. I came out with but look like a manicure and the nails were very short, because despite every effort that I made to communicate with not one person in the salon, but three people in the salon, it fell on deaf ears.
Cleanliness: I did not find it to be a clean environment, and I also feel that the towels that they use are recycled on more than one customer without being laundered.

Very good customer service. They have beautiful new pedicure chairs and you feel pampered while you are here. It's is very clean and everyone is very friendly.

These ladies are all fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and caring, Julie is always very careful to listen to any issues I have and troubleshoot solutions. The new pedicure chairs are super comfy and I didn't want to leave!

Idk why everyone else has such an issue my nails are absolutely beautiful and even and the ladies that were working yesterday (4/28/24) were really nice. Will 100% be going back for fills and new sets.

If you want to hassle with getting your nails redone by another employee, this is the place to go. They have a lady working there that paints nails like a first grader. I wanted regular polish and they did gel (I’m not all that aware of different types of nail polish) now I am. They took advantage of making more money because I probably seemed confused. The lady doing my nails seemed to be having a difficult time seeing. As soon as more customers came in she rushed to finish my nails. Also, pretty sure they go from person to person with their tools without cleaning them. Worst place in Puyallup!

I wanted acrylics on my toes, and a pedicure. I’m not sure if they changed there prices? But I got a classic and gel acrylic and it was $90 I’m not sure how they got that number but I was pissed. Also my toes aren’t even straight across there all crooked and have random sharp spots. Was going to get a manicure but opt. Not too
