The post office lost my package. I asked Spencer to repeat the order and charge me as I can file an insurance claim with USPS. They shipped out a replacement nearly instantaneously via next day service and straight up refused my payment. Incredible customer service. Thanks Spencer team!!

Spencer aircraft will stand behind their products. I had a problem with with some poly tone and Dan sent me the the correct product with the reducer at no charge and came the next day. Not many companies will do that anymore. A stand up outfit.

Kudos to Duane at Oshkosh who helped me resolve an issue with a Jupiter bike, although I had bought it from another dealer.Duane worked directly with the owner of Jupiter bikes, Rob, to solve my problem.Very nice to experience good guys doing the “right thing” to help people out.I very much appreciate it,Mike Agnew
