Carl and Theresa (the managers) are excellent people and maintain the property very well. I have been at this facility for several years because of the great people and fair prices. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

manager was beyond rude and starting swearing at me when i was asking questions. i was asking a simple question about the policy and she got way out of hand and started raising her voice and when i started crying because of what she was saying she got more mad at me and starter getting more verbally aggressive.

I’ve been renting an rv spot here for over a year, and it’s been super easy. The managers are always helpful, the rates are reasonable and the location is ideal. I’ve never had to worry about a thing, glad to have this spot.

It's a shame u can't rent a unit with ur spouse since the man says he's been doing this for 30 yrs he knows what happe s when people fight and then they attack eachothers property so to avoid it all u can't rent from them if u have a girlfriend or a boyfriend or a whife or a hisband... my husband and I have been together and married for almost 16 yrs... it seems ridiculous to not be able to rent a fricking storage unit cuz we r married... I've been told I'm not allowed to ho to the property without an escort... I've never caused a scene left a mess or anything breaking the rules.. so they will continue I nie to take MY MONEY but I'm not allowed to have any of my belongings unless my husband can take time out of the day to escort me.... they keep making him change lock codes so I can't get in.... most foul behavior and.. dont rent there

I started renting a unit here about 5 months ago. I was referred here by a friend. The place is a bit older, but the managers Carl and Theresa run a pretty tight ship. They made the rental experience quick and easy and both were very helpful. Carl took me out to the units and showed me a few. What was nice was that they gave me a free lock and no admin fees, which most other places sneak those in. Very friendly staff and I would recommend! Thanks Carl and Theresa! You guys rock!

Urgent Update on management "carl""carl" is only interested in locking you out of your unit and selling your unit at his auction.Posted on 11/03/20Don't waste your time. Under New Management "carl". "carl" likes to carry a pistol during open hours, I'm sure he'll deny it. I'm not sure if anyone else seen it but I know what I seen.

Very fair people and helpfull,its simple do what the RULES say to do,and no evictions or lock outs,theres been plenty stones thrown at the management but consider the sources,have a nice day!!!

I don't usually pay attention to these types of reviews.However in this case I felt that it was incumbent upon me to speak up for the little guys. My family and I have been renting storage units at Stor-eze locations for years. The managers at all of their locations to include this facility have been great. I first met Carl & Theresa back in 2016. They were running another storage facility in Tacoma. I was pleasantly surprised when they took over this facility. I have never known this very professional management team to be anything other than kind and helpful. The way that you (June Jones/ Zumwalt) and ( Rollie Zumwalt) describe Carl & Theresa, Well that description would take this nice couple completely out of character. I don't believe a single word of it.Honestly it sounds like you are describing your own life. I don't even no that much about my own neighbor. Maybe you should grow up and get a life. Also take your family to a park not the storage unit. Maybe they will want to spend more time with you. DUMMIES!!!

We stored our boat here and it got broken into! Sheriff told us she thought it was an inside job. No one ever called us to let us know and they raved about their surveillance and security when we were signing up. Thousands of dollars worth of equipment stolen and they tried to offer us half off a months rent to keep it there... lol no thanks!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have rented 3 units from Stor-eze for around 8 years. We had no problems until Crazy Carl showed up with his little man syndrome. He shouldn't be a manager or an employee , anywhere , until he seeks some professional help. I have pretty thick skin and don't get offended easily , however his conduct is so beyond unprofessional, i don't even know how he got the job. He walks around with a gun on his hip , which would be fine if he didn't have such aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior. Like I said for 8 years we have never had a problem. There has only been one other review since Carl started working there and that comment speaks for itself. We received a notice that our lease was being terminated in 30 days. Under the "reason for termination " he stated " he is choosing not to disclose the reason for termination." Also, he is not taking care of the grounds properly. Since he started working there a serious rat problem started that he not only didnt I form people of, but also hasn't done anything to remedy. I tried to confront him about the light being out in my unit as I was trying to move some of my things and he responded by chasing me out to my car, calling me horrible names,telling me to get off the property of he would shoot me. I was there with my granddaughters who are 4 and 6 and he hid in a bush and jumped out and scared them so bad that they started crying and never wanted to go back again. He has also terminated several other renters for no given reason , locked their units and refuses to work with them for getting their stuff back. If you try to talk to Carl ,no matter how calm and respectful you are he will usually call the cops or threaten to. When the cops don't agree with them he will walk away or hangup on them. My personal opinion after dealing with him for the last few months is that he is a danger to society. I have also witnessed him push another renter who he was evicting as well as be verbally abusive to his own wife. If am in the process of looking for legal representation for his misconduct and for the crimes he has committed against myself and several others . All positive reviews on here were from BEFORE this volatile little man worked here . The company should fire him completely would be way better off , he will only jeopardize their company.
