My husband and I had such a great experience with this storage facility! Their customer service is truly top-tier. We needed a storage unit last minute, and they were quick to help without any hesitation. Grace, the manager, is awesome — she’s friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly.

I came in with my mom look at a unit, she is moving into assisted living. We didn't know what to expect, first experience needing storage. Very clean facility and excellent customer service!! We feel good about storing our things here! Thanks so much!

Moving is one of the most stressful things I have ever done and I was feeling completely overwhelmed.
Then Heather Taylor stepped in and turned everything around. She was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. Somehow she made the whole process feel simple when I was ready to lose it over boxes and paperwork.
Heather has this rare ability to keep things professional while also making you laugh and relax at the same time. She answered every question with patience and made me feel taken care of from start to finish. Honestly, I do not know how I would have managed without her. If there were more than five stars, she would get them. Heather is the real MVP of moving

Karma at Foundation Self Storage has helped me out more than once, and every time has been a lifesaver.
