The employees are always friendly and helpful even though I always know where to go and what Im there for. Recently what I wanted was out of stock and as I was looking an employee named (I think) Chaz came up to help me. He was beyond kind and helpful. Got me what I needed next day. I would say charisma and energy like his is rare to find. If you see this man thanks alot! Your going places!

I went to this store for the first time today, for some uncommon supplements. Lisa asked if I needed assistance and she knew exactly where they were located, and was very knowledgeable of them. Thank you!

Went to this location 2 weeks ago and will never return (we have been shopping here for years). We live an hour away (with no traffic) and the kids needed to use the bathroom by the time we got there. The workers have always let them. However, on this visit the employees were rude and told my son to walk to Starbucks to use the bathroom. My boys are 6 and 8. So you expect them to walk to another store where they'll have to buy something to use the bathroom (let alone the safety issue this imposes) but we're spending a fortune here and they couldn't use the restroom (which they've been allowed to do for YEARS). The whole demeanor of the store has changed and we will not be back. Might want to re-train your employees so you don't continue to lose your loyal regular customers.

Last time we will be shopping here. Spent quite a bit but then my kids were not allowed to use the restroom because why? They used it last time we were here... what changed? Going to shop at friendlier store.

Total BS. The staff watched me walk up and then around the building to the other door to go in and turn the sign off while I walked around. The sign was absolutely on when I walked up to the building. Super sneaky and shady I will never shop at this store again!

I frequent this location - so far 99% of the employees have bee outstanding! Helpful, friendly, informative and most of all, very kind!I come almost every week and buy supplements for the entire family, protein and more. They have a huge selection of clean buys!Today, was such a bummer.I first went online to check out some new flavors of a protein I love, and online everything said out of stock, no shipping, no store pick up. So I figured maybe it was an error and I would call and ask an employee if they had any in store. As soon as this employee picked up, I explained online it said there was nothing, but wanted to check before heading in, she said she doesn’t control the website or online and I would need to call customer service, I told her that wasn’t where I was going with my question, I simply was wondering if it was in fact in store, she said, I will tell you I have a lot but like I said I can’t control our website.Might I add, I have had a few phone interactions with her, over the last 8 months or so (I only remember because I called specifically about prenatal vitamins - prior) and she was so mean. I was hormonal and pregnant at the time and thought it was just me ?I was wrong, because today, she was the same way when I was asking a very simple question. I told her, you know ma’am, every time I have had to interact with you, you have been so very rude. She said to me have a nice day and hung up on me..To be honest, maybe this is just the way of the world anymore. But I am shocked. The employees here have always been great and I don’t want to discredit them, for the one bad apple.You never know what somebody is going through. I had to move around many things to then drive here today, to get protein. I really wish you were more kind, respectful, at least answer when I politely asked you for your name.I went in to the store about 20 minutes later, the manager Shannon was busy helping customers, I saw a young lady and a man who helped me, I mentioned it and said I would call back. Not sure who it was? But I sure would like to know, so I can avoid asking her any questions in the future.I believe she would benefit from being retrained in customer service skills and how to interact with people. I mean this is a store that serves the people.Thank youIf management reads this and is wondering who it may be- the employee was working on 3/23/22 at 11:37pm -I called and talked to the manager Shannon, I can’t be positive but, they have the same voice. She said they would look into it, didn’t ask when this took place, didn’t apologize. Don’t think it was worth the call.
