Disappointed!…So here is the story,decided to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon,we went to T-Mobile store in Puyallup ( South Hill Mall ) ,they told us that they would buy out our Verizon contract,but they didn’t follow through,and because of that Verizon charged us a $1000 +…also they didn’t tell us about other promotions such as keep and switch.

My fiancé and I were so happy with our experience today at T-Mobile. Sales Rep Jacob was very kind and personable; he went the extra mile and stayed after hours just to get our plans set up. We are very pleased :)

I was at the South Hill Mall T-Mobile store this morning and received amazing help from Lizette! She not only set up the app service on my cell phone, but also got my tracker to be recognized and synched with my phone. She had so much patience and was very respectful. Thank you so much, Lizette.

My wife went there to get a screen protector changed that was under warranty but the people in there would not honor the corporate warranty. She called them from another store. When they answer they put her on hold and we decided to drive over there. She was still on hold, and the two people working there were just standing With no customers but the phone was still on hold when she went in and she asked to replace the screen that was under warranty. They said they could not do that. She had to go to another place to get it, And she asked to talk to a manager they said that manager just stepped out But when she said she was gonna call customer service, the manager just happened to walk room and he would not replace it But it had a warranty, so we called customer service and they told us he was wrong she asked for his name, but would not give it

When in need of anything from T-Mobile, information, billing assistance, or equipment, this particular T-Mobile outlet, located in the South Hill Mall in Puyallup, is where I go. The staff is unfailingly patient, polite, professional, and eager to satisfy. Each visit is an ideal customer service experience. Kudos!

The ladies at this location are great, but the manager here is the absolute worst. Just because of his unprofessionalism my family and I will be going elsewhere.
