I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.

When it comes to customer service, Ky is the person to go to at this store. Their dedication to providing exceptional assistance is unmatched when I witnessed her helping several customers before me. I came into the store because I was having internet issues the young male I was working with insisted that my phone was the issue because I have an old iPhone. I brought the phone last year. I felt pressured to buy a new phone even through I knew I didn’t need one. I ended up leaving and call customer service they had technical support refresh my internet connection and my phone was fine. The young man in the store was no help and could have simply had me call technical support instead of trying to make a sale.

They have a great deal to people for $90 unlimited everything. But the problem is I have no internet connection quite often and that shouldn't be because I'm on unlimited data the top plan which means no slow downs no nothing. So I think I'm going to look into AT\\u0026T or Verizon.

Long wait. Not much help unless you are trying to spend money on a new phone. Everything else they will just log you into your account and connect you with customer service. Unless you need to buy a new device you can stay home and deal with everything you need online or by calling customer service yourself.

We went to the Bonney Lake store and were greeted as we went in and then ignored for half an hour while staff took breaks together, served customers together, one set of customers obviously relations of staff and greeted and chatted to by other staff. Never. Ever going back there. The Sumner store, a franchise, was the exact opposite and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We love ❤️ our T-Mobile service and the service we receive in-store is outstanding. I usually go into the store for our T-mobile Tuesday give aways! That and for the rare questions or concerns we have. Yay, T-Mobile!

Went to the tmobile store stressed out about my wifes phone, Ricco got its taken care and also helped get my phone figured out as well. He was very kind and accommodating. He also informed us about tmobile's internet service. Give this man a raise!

Though I wouldn't give tmobile 5 stars with all the issues I've had this year, I definitely will give the service at this store with the GM and Nickolas that helped me with a huge internet service problem I had with my phone. They saved me and tried so many diff ways, determined to fix it. I appreciate that they weren't annoyed and were very upbeat and helpful. Would Def come back to this store and I live in Tacoma! My phone has been flawless the past 24 hours and it's been not using any internet browser for months with unsuccessful help from 611.
