I hate to write a review like this! I was disappointed, but I have to admit my request was 3 days shy of the service. Spoke with Susie throughout the process of trying to get 150 memorial cards printed for my cousins service. She assured me that they would be willing and able to get my request completed. My request was 3x4 size, laminated memorial cards. I had the images, verbiage, and prayer ready to send off and Susie created the proof in a quick turn around (which is why I am giving this 2 stars, it's not her fault, I hope). Susie advised that same day she was getting them going and that I would get a call when available for pick up, was Monday and I needed them Wednesday morning. Tuesday morning I emailed to see if she would be able to just get me an estimated time frame for pick-up so I can plan my routes accordingly, but by 3 pm I hadn't heard back and started to worry. I called about 3:15 pm only to be told the printer was taken apart and they could not guarantee delivery of said request. At that point I wished they would've called clients earlier in the day to advise them if the issue and not wait for me to call! I had 2 hours left before businesses closed to find anyone else that would be willing to get these done in less then 13 hrs. Communication and honesty is key with customer service, especially during such an event of which I was ordering for. Additionally I was told I have the proof and I can take it anywhere, basically it was my problem to solve with less than a day

I can't say enough good things about this company! They are very responsive and print great quality products. I am very pleased with their service!

I needed their service asap to print the memorial program for my stepdad. I arrived at their office a couple of hours before closing and after a short discussion about the design and layout, the order is done! I can now relax a bit. Thank you very much, Susie, for your help and empathy. Oh, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I asked these guys to print some contracts last year and they did a great job so when I needed a high quality advertising piece I went there. I explained what I needed and the person who I believe may have been Mrs.Taylor began to sell me on the idea that they could not guarantee the quality of their work and that it would be hard to make the lines even on the page. I asked her to give me a quote and she took my information over a week ago ....I guess she doesn't believe she can do that job but didn't have the courage to say so, still waiting on that quote. Today I go online and get it done.
