This feedback is yet again for another seamless , and a super fast closing of a unique loan.
Ryan and his dream team are deserving of a huge shout out. They have helped me multiple times with different kinds of loans.
The Dorman team assisted me with a purchase loan also called as step up loan - so grateful for this loan - hands down. I have learned so much about this loan in the last 90 days and would encourage anyone to ask Ryan about it.
I was able to buy first my brand new house hassle free and with confidence before I sold the old house.
Then came the second round of closing when my house sold just in time for the due date of the first payment of a purchase loan.
The Dorman team acted so fast and rescued me from having to make multiple loan payments including my monthly mortgage for the old house plus the payment of a purchase loan. They closed simultaneously on the same two loans so that the closing of my third and permanent loan could be achieved within the required time limit.
This was no ordinary loan transaction. It was quite the moon shot of multiple closings in one day nonetheless delivery of an outstanding communication throughout the process.
Ryan and his amazing team made a complex process so easy.
They all remained in constant touch with me from the beginning till the end without missing a beat all for my good and not so much for their gain.

Devin and his team were fantastic. They found me a great loan product and made the entire home buying process go quickly and smoothly as a first time buyer. I was the listing agent on a transaction where the Dorman team helped the buyer. They did a fantastic job communicating and problem solving. There was a snag getting the condo resale questionnaire back from the HOA, and these guys were instrumental in making sure we got it back quickly so we could close the sale on time.
