This place was a little hard to find just because my GPS tried taking me to the right side of the complex, instead of to the left, however I was able to find it easily once I went the right direction. I had the honor of meeting, who they call the fabric "Yoda." Her tittle is well deserved, the owner really knows her stuff, and she's extremely helpful. I wish her store was bigger with more selection, but the selection she has is wonderful, and extremely unique. I love that she offers the long arm service and while I was in there I got to meet a few of her very loyal and sweet customers. I would have given her 5 stars if there was a bigger selection, but everything else is a 5 star rating. Also I really like how a community of quilters go there to sew with one another. It's just a really cool spot. Will definitely be returning.

Sue, the owner, is known as the fabric Yota. She has a keen eye for color combinations and is happy to help you "audition" some fabrics together. Her employee, Tracy, is very helpful as well and has lots of how to knowledge she's happy to share. The selection of batik's is wonderful. There's a large selection of blenders and whites on white. I always end up finding something in the Sale area. She has a long arm machine rental too. My friend and I love this store and drive from Olympia to visit Sue.

I loved going in here. Definitely suggest whether a beginner or expert no matter what age! They welcome yoy with open arms and prices that will surprise you. Read on for the lengthier version. First time in lady at the front, I didn't get her name was amazing. I was so nervous to show her what I had mase because if harsh criticism I have received so many times before. It is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination she looked at it and says I don't see anything wrong what do you need help with. I waa instantly put at ease. Her and a patron that was there helped me figure out batting as well as backing on my embroidery pieces and it was at least a hundred dollara less than I expected to pay out the door. I will be back and will be asking to sign up for their classes when they come back up more regularly. I am so happy I stopped in and found this beautiful shop who is all welcoming and encompassing.

I stopped by this well organized, very well stocked shop on our way back from vacation. I was really impressed with the shop and the very nice shop owner. They carry a large amount of flannels, cotton, panels, pattern and quilting supplies. I also saw a sewing/project room.I doubt if I will be in your area again (living about 120 miles north) real soon but highly recommend the shop for others in the area.

Nice shop, friendly owner. It's a very small shop, the parking is tight, the fabric selection was a little bit small, but they have a good assortment of batik fabrics.
