Its been a couple months since i started at the roost. It’s hard for me to adapt to a new place but i've been enjoying the journey at their place. The program is amazing and the coaches i've been in contact with are really dedicated and cared about you. The enviroment is nice and I like it when i go beyond my limits, so far I feel great about this place :)

Since the first day I tried this place out, everyone welcomed me with arms open. They made me feel comfortable and never once doubted me. They are my gym family and every single one of the members are awesome. I am so glad I found this gym. I highly recommend it. Great atmosphere, tons of energy, always in your corner rooting for you, wanting you to become the best you can be. Deff give this place a try I promise you'll sign up within mins!!!

I was introduced to The Roost Crossfit by a mutual friend who happens to go to this gym. I had always wanted to try CrossFit, after having met two of the owners I felt welcomed, comfortable and willing to be vulnerable by giving it a shot. I had always thought that CrossFit was a bit of a cult, but nothing about this group of people strikes me a cultish, but strikes me as people who just want to see what their bodies can achieve, no matter the shape/size/experience. Working with two coaches (Nathan and Jorden) I've been able to find the limit of my capabilities, and then push right past them. It's been an incredible time learning more about myself, and the community that this gym fosters. I look forward to having my limits pushed for many years to come with new experiences and folks to join me in that journey at The Roost Crossfit.

I recently moved to WA due to military orders and it’s been hard in many ways. I’ve tried crossfit in the past in Texas and wanted to try it out here in WA. I read and googled all the reviews, but ultimately went towards where my heart guided me to. Without any regret, I was lead to The Roost Crossfit. The owners are extremely welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is positive and clean, especially with COVID regulations. I took the fundamentals class with the owner TJ and it was by far the best thing I could’ve done. I learned so much, the form, the timing, the layout, the structure of it all. TJ is a very humorous coach, but make no mistake, he is there to teach and makes sure you leave there learning something and not only that, but he helps instill a sense of pride and joy in yourself. I enjoy going to my classes, because it’s not only TJ but the rest of the staff members being so kind and welcoming. They push you, they don’t rush you to greatness, but rather push you towards success. This is what you call family. I look forward to the next years here in WA with my crossfit family, TJ the owner, and the rest of the staff members.

We were welcomed with open arms. This gym just rocks, the coaches are so supportive and push you to be the best you can be. Even if I doubt myself they still keep me going. Growing up I playing every sport I could and always loved being part of team. They coach you to have better form on a lift and teach you how to get faster at an exercise. Today the coach stayed after class to teach my husband and I how to do a double under. The first class I went to people were dancing to the music, laughing with each other, and cheering each other on to finish the workout or to lift heavier. I knew I was going to be hooked. Did I say this gym ROCKS?!!
