I am a frequent shopper at this location, never had a bad experience until today. I brought back a hair crimper because it burned me at the handle where it certainly should not be getting hot. The cashier was very friendly and said she had to ask the manager as it had been used which is understandable. However the manager was extremely rude and short with me. Said that the policy is they don’t take any beauty products back and I was unaware as it is not stated on the receipt anywhere. She rudely pointed to the return policy on the wall which I have never seen before (I don’t pay attention to signs with a bunch of verbiage behind a cashier) which she said states returns are subject to restrictions. The policy is understandable, she gave me store credit which I am thankful for but I cannot get over her rudeness. She literally look one look at me and rolled her eyes, again was very short with me and extremely rude. I will not come back to this location if this is the kind of customer service a manager in a retail setting is giving.

TJX, Homegoods & Marshall's are my go to stores. Was doing a return and This particular store was helpful, clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating! (Which most are) Great chains, great staff. I'll definitely be back
