“My friend and I have been in here a few times. Such a cute shop with all the best trinkets and cute clothes. Jordan was super helpful for us, making us aware of all the deals going on, and brought such a fun and warm atmosphere to the shop. Definitely deserving as his new role as manager, he deserves all the raises/promotions. My friend and I will definitely be back in the future. Come here if you want all the cute things as well as a lovely shopping experience all around!”

“This might be my favorite B&N. Ambiance is on point. I love the lighting here. The smell that hits you upon arrival; fresh coffee, books, and new toys. Staff is helpful, and generally very nice. The lines move along fairly quick, even when they're busy. It's a little pricey, for certain things especially. If you're coming here for figures (like anime stuff, SHfiguarts. etc.) be prepared to pay more $$ than other stores like Walmart.”

“Really liked the variety of this consignment store. Great prices, very helpful and thoughtful staff. She gives a bunch (maybe a dozen or so) of free diapers when you check out if she has them in the size you need. There's a small room with lots of toys that she let my daughter play in while we shopped. Definitely going back!”
“They have the NICEST staff. I had called earlier asking if they had the plush from the movie hopper as my son really wanted it and we were going to see the movie tomorrow. Sadly, the store said it was sold out online and when I called I just happen to stop in and ask by chance and the lady was kind enough to open the box in the back to get it for me totally making my night and will make my son’s day tomorrow when we see the movie love five below.”

“I have been shopping, consigning and volunteering at JBF Tacoma since my kiddo was born, and she’s now about to turn 11! JBF is great for saving tons on all of the infant and toddler items we go through as our kiddos are growing. Now my kiddo shops with me and we can get her a whole new closet full of clothes and necessities, shoes, books, toys, arts and crafts and even room decor for so much less, which is usually paid for by the items I consign! And, it’s so much fun!”
