I have rented from here occasionally over the past 3 years. I would gladly give it 4 stars until very recently. I reserved a vehicle , and it was not returned from the previous user on time. the proprietor volunteered to open on his day off just to help me out. I did not ask. He suggested it

The customer service here is outstanding. I arrived just minutes before closing..if not at closing time..and was still greeted with a smile and not turned away. The process was made easy and smooth. Will only come to this location for all my Hauling needs. 5 stars!-James
