The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Had been a happy Columbia Bank customer since they came into existence. The takeover by Umpqua is a disaster. They actually lost my money and have no explanation. Several hundred dollars. Two months later, its still lost. In a separate matter, they actually declined a direct deposit that Columbia had been processing for years. I gave up trying to fix it. Seamless transition ? That's a joke. My home branch in Puyallup wont help, so contacted HQ. Three weeks have passed, no response. Ive opened up an account at a competitors bank and will transition my business there. Will take time, will be a hassle, but I doubt they will lose, or steal my deposits. Stay far far away from Umpqua.

1st when you walk in no teller is standing only the lady Tiffany who is sitting down. Tiffany doesn't even smile when you walk in. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling. I tried to make small talk about the weather but that was a no go. As we were finishing up my deposits, Tiffany forgot to hand back my ID and my deposit slips. Not a good look Umpqua especially as a business owner

Laverne is my favorite! She seems to be the only one that has remained with all the staff changes and always takes care of my banking needs. The other gals are friendly too. I enjoy going through drive through, they are quick to do my transaction and there is never a wait time.

Went to several banks today to cash checks. Out of all the banks I had the poorest experience. They were the only bank to charge a fee to cash a check from their bank and they don’t give out receipts for the transaction.

Pretty good place, just wish they had a few more in pierce county, but they have one in Puyallup next to the ram, and gone depot, and one in Lakewood across the street from McDonalds, on 100th and almost gravely lake

Unbelieveable mistake by Umqua Bank. Admitted that deposit went to a closed account and can't be returned to right account. Wasted two hours researching how that can happen.

The ATM deposit is ALWAYS not working. It is vey inconvenient. I chose this bank for the connivence of being close but it is not worth it for the hassle of the ATM not accepting deposits and having to drive all the way up to 175th in Puyallup when it's after hours and I need to deposit.

Very slow drive through service. Teller chatting with co workers and didn't even look up to say hi or just a minute. It took 11 min including wait time to be helped. Not the best bank
