Recently I had a package that needed to get rerouted to a ups store for pick up, this is the store that was closest for me. I called to see if they had received the package due to the website not being updated. A Sam answered the phone and was prompt with the info he had on file and waived the fee as this was out of my control and the books were needed asap. I went to pick them up and he went as far to document our conversation so no matter what staff member helped they would know what is going on. Again in a lacking customer service world people such as Sam need to be highlighted and recognized. Thank you for all you're help today it really doesn't go unnoticed!

Shipped an insured package to a family member. Hadn't heard that it had been received and found UPS (said they were waiting for package to be picked up), family member said nothing was ever left on their door. Another week went by and still no response that package had been received, It was a gift, so checked the tracking again and found out it was being returned to me. Spoke with UPS store and she told me she would track and get back with me (this was a Wednesday), Friday the package was delivered back to me, never did hear from the UPS store. Went there and all they could do is give excuses. Would never use this store or UPS again. USPS is a better option.

Love this site. It's not as convenient as other locations to me but I go here because of the excellent customer service. I love all the employees at this location. They really care. I try to take all my Amazon returns and ups shipments here!! Thank you guys and gals for being the best!
