The service was prompt, and the customer service was excellent. I did feel a bit hurried at the conclusion when signing the agreements, but otherwise, the service was outstanding.

They scam you here. They charge for return labels and prepaid returns. Even for a single piece of tape they charge over $5.00

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years to primarily return Amazon pkgs. almost always the Asian man waits on me. He’s never been rude or condescending to me. I look very Caucasian w red hair & pale skin. I’m very surprised @ all these negative reviews. That’s never been my experience.

I love the convenience of this local UPS store. They provide all the services I need, are efficient and professional. The couple who owns this franchise location takes great pride in running a great store! I appreciate them so much!

Very glad that this is my neighborhood UPS Store. Great customer service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and very patient.

I just went here and the clerk was so rude he was a little older Asian man. He questioned me down about having two return labels from the vendor. Idk why they sent two. Then he said next time I need to tape the box myself. Really ups? I thought they needed to see what was being shipped for safety, ??♀️. You can’t let me use one strip of tape. What baffles me the most is this man didn’t seem to realize he is providing a service. I don’t know how to do his job. He was basically using a tone and verbiage like I was an idiot for not being an expert in shipping. UPS should educate him that if we all become experts in his field of business then he won’t be needed.This was awkward and I think there needs to be some customer service training. If for some reason my package doesn’t make it to its destination because I spoke up I’m using this review as evidence of malice from a shrewd employee.

I received a label by email and in the she of technology figured since UPS takes back Amazon packages they could print my label to return. They are like for $2 plus change they can print it off I email it to them. How insane is that!! Never returning to that location. Asian lady was rude about it. Went to the South Hill location and was not charged and they were so much friendlier.

Absolutely terrible store to deal with. They messed up a shipping address on a item I sent, it took a week and a half for the package to get 6 hours away instead of the 2-3 days I was quoted. Additionally I was the one who had to do the leg work on 3 separate occasions with UPS support to finally get my item delivered. The man I spoke on the phone at this store while trying to resolve the issue was very rude, very disrespectful, and hung up on me on 3 separate occasions while I was inquiring about receiving a refund. Frankly I should have just driven the 6 hours to pick up the item (an essential item for a $5k piece of equipment) myself instead of trying to ship it from this store. I would take my business to the store down the road if at all possible. Do not use this store for your shipping needs.

Wouldn't come back. I didn't want to help me with my return by taping the box. I wanted to charge for the label when it was prepaid and the tape. I watched him rip the credit card out of a woman's hand. It was a rude older man, most likely the owner or manager. Wouldn't return.

After reading so many complaints about this place, I've realized that majority of the complaints are about one particular employee - the older Asian man. My family and I have been using this store for a little over a year now and we've never had any issue. The other employees there have been the nicest, most polite people in customer service - that's why we continued to come back. NOT TODAY! That rude, condescending, and arrogant man is to blame.Why? I have no idea! See, that's the thing. My kids and I walked in today and waited quietly while he was helping another lady in front of us. Once he was done, he finished up her transaction and then proceeded to help us. But, something was off. I could tell that he didn't want to be there. Or maybe he saw that we brought in an Amazon return and he didn't like that? I don't know, I just knew something was off.He was condescending from the start. He saw the package - I mean we were holding that dang thing, and asked "What is the item"? When I was about to reply he interrupted me and then asked "NO! Where is it"? At this point, I knew this man hated being here. He didn't want to clock in today and probably had made some life choices he regretted and now we're here taking a beating for it.I told him he was rude and he have the audacity to cut me off again and say "NO, I'm not rude"!I told him this was a misunderstanding, but you came off rude and disrespectful.Listen. to. this... He stood there with no humility and gave no thank you or I'm sorry...NOTHING!So I walked out and told the 3 other women behind me "Good luck ladies, he's a jerk!"Sir, if you're reading this...GO ON A VACATION - YOU REALLY NEED IT! Somebody please approve this mans vacation request! He's crying for help here and so are we!

Worst service I ever had with UPS!Rude and unhelpful employees can't check the return barcode for Amazon. Instead they raised their voice on me trying to make me feel stupid. Unprecedented rude behavior! I requested an employee to scan a barcode for return through UPS in the Amazon app and I was told "it's your business between you and Amazon"

Omg what has happened to this store? They use to have great customer service and would tape your box up for you. Now the rude people want to over charge you for a roll of tape that you ONLY NEED 4 INCES FROM AND are only going to use 1 time. Really... WOW I WILL NEVER USE THIS UPS SERVICE OR LOCATION AGAIN.... SO RUDE... NO WONDER YOU ARE LOSEING BUSINESS..
