Seriously US Bank gets worse every year. You guys are making it a contest I swear. This building’s staff in particular are just constantly difficult to even do basic things with. I just want to come and get stuff done not wait around forever than have you all try to sell me on more bank “deals” that probably also have no customer support.

My cousin and I went in to exchange rolled coin for cash and they shorted us $40 that was supposed to come back to me. And my cousin was supposed to get back nearly $360 in bills. So in total we should have gotten $399 back. The one lady who was super nice and did her best to help us , but the other older lady was rude from the moment we got in there because we had a lot of change to be dealt with. And yes it was rolled. This is why I will never bank at any bank bank ever. I’d rather be in a credit union rather than a bank.

As stated by someone other than myself I would give them neg stars if possible. They have no idea what customer service is in this day. I have had to give them the same death paperwork 3 times. Twice at the south hill mall branch an now here at the downtown puyallup brach. Trying to pay off a simple loan of which they tell you to call the mortgage department but when you call the mortgage departments they say I don't see what your documents. It's a vicious circle of incompetence. The South Hill branch gladly took my money to put I. Checking than closed the account.

We appreciate the kind and prompt service at this US Bank location. We opted to walk into the lobby for our two most recent transactions. Both times we were greeted and able to promptly complete our transactions. The gentleman teller is exceptionally helpful and kind.

My account was -$11 bucks for 5 hours. So I deposited my payroll check for 3k. They placed a 14 day hold until I receive and can use the money. Absolutely Incredulous. I hope these archaic legacy banking rules put them out of business one day. Spent over two hours on the phone looking for this answer until someone told me it would be impossible for anyone to lift the hold. I hope this speaks to greater comorbidity of the company for forcing my family to go hungry for two weeks.

Of all the US banks in the area, this branch has the slowest service. Whenever I go there, the lobby is always closed and the lines at the drive thru are always long, the wait usually takes over 30 - 40 minutes. They never seem to have enough staff to take care of their customers in a timely manner. I've rarely had a positive experience there for quite some time.

I have been with US Bank for 15 years and while married my ex husband and I cleared quite alot of money thru them. Even a deposit of $500.000 injury settlenent. We have lived lots of places and always super nice and helpful staff! This particular branch in Puyallup has made me want to close my account. I have given them tons of chances and more than one employee. Everyone of them have been snooty and rude as if GOD only made them!! I literally dread having to go to the bank. Even when I just called them to ask a question? She had a snobby attitude and irritated tone, fake all around. Last straw for me. I've always loved US BANK even defended and raved about it to others but...no more! Mmmm Kay bubye now lol. Sad?

If you want a bank with personal that think, this is the perfect bank to go to. You'll never meat so many bankers that have to ask another banker what to do. I would recommend to high your money in a coffee can than doing business with them. I won't even a half a star.
