Opened 6 accounts with this branch. Primary point of contact was Jasmine - AMAZING. Had one hiccup with timeframe due to owner's delay not the bank. Moved to Tennessee.Tried to use another branch in WA in Bellevue to handle a large cash transaction - Absolutely no customer service. I had to book in their time and when they wanted to when they decided if they got back to me, and told me it would take about 2 hours to fill out paperwork and verify even though I had several accounts with US BANK.Puyallup had me in and out on a walking in 15 minutes. Will NEBER use another branch if I can avoid it. Will do my business when I fly into WA for clients with this branch only.

This is one Horrible Bank!!! They won't let you close your account or even helped me resolve the Fraudulent issue that I have! My card got stolen a week ago and someone already booked in for 2 nights a fancy hotel that I have never heard or been too! I've been on the phone 4 times and got hold 3 times and hang up 4 times!!! Like seriously! Customer service are horrible! After been transfer 3 times to different department and Noone! Not even one person on the phone can help me. I even went to this bank asking for help? But they gave me a number to call the fraudulent number to fill them in about my case! & yet? It's the same issue! The lady at this bank can't close my account cause I have a negative & I didn't want to use that account anymore due to the fact that this bank won't help you with my issue with the card & my missing money! They even charged you if you dont put money in the account or withdrawal one from the atm account just so you could use your own money? What a rip.off! They have so many fees that i cant even imagine...so dont get an account with them...i dont recommend this bank to anyone...Won't be coming back here ever again....

You cant get any general help with their online banking to find out how to use quickbooks correctly. No one will talk to you about general help.

Great service, friendly & knowledgeable customer service, quick in & out transactions. This has been my bank for many years! The only thing about this location is the many, extra large, speed bumps throughout the entire parking lot. However, I appreciate the safety efforts!

The girls who work at this location are absolutely horrible. Kyla was rude the other blonde girl is rude as well. This bank should probably hire good employees because the ones they have are so rude. what’s the point of a drive through if you can’t use it? don’t recommend this bank to anyone. We’re also i huge company that uses this bank and they treat us so bad.

Not the worst bank in Puyallup, but it's up there. Granted in 2022 it's quite ridiculous they way they operate in terms of how good their technology works. Like come on every single time I make a 1,000 purchase in my own city from I place I use often, you lock my card for fraud. Currently 47minutes on hold and haven't spoke to a human at 9:30 am. Wild inefficiencies and inconveniences is why US bank goes under within two decades. Damn boomers need to bring their work ethic into this millennium. If you'd like me to elaborate. Over 10% of their bottom line come people who have $0 dollars to their name, overdraft fees. They lock your multiple times a month. At most they have 20% of your money on hand in a fraction reserve banking Ponzi scheme backed by the federal reserve who actually reduced those requirements to hold you cash to $0 during the pandemic. If we're choosing funny money Ponzi schemes backed by faith in the US government. I'm out. Buy ETH.

Went here tonight after going to dinner nearby and they don't even have an ATM. What kind of bank doesn't have an ATM?

After nearly 9 months of doing drive through deposits for my company I was informed today that "whenever you come through I have to deal with angry customers".I was flabbergasted. The car behind me was in a hurry, and thought laying on their horn, then exiting their car, walking to the glass and beating on it while shouting obscenities was acceptable. I went out of my way to remind the angry customer that they are doing their job the best they can and yelling isn't helpful. So imagine my surprise when after being called a 'c***' for asking an angry customer to not pound on their glass I'm accused of being the issue. If there is a bank etiquette such as 'if your doing more than x items we ask you come in' that is understandable but if this etiquette has never been communicated to the customer it is highly inappropriate to make it personal with such a statement.Top it off that we are in the middle of covid-19 and people are continuously encouraged to use drive up/contactless services it felt awfully tone-deaf.I work in retail, with covid we have to limit our customer count to 3 at a time. We always have a line and everyday I field countless angry customers who are not pleased at having to wait. However, I don't accuse other customers of being the reason I have to deal with such things(especially not right to their faces) I listen to the customer complaint, offer my apologies and rectify anything that I can, then I move on.Ultimately I left feeling ashamed and humiliated for simply trying to make a few deposits."We are asking that if you have more than X items in a transaction that you come inside when possible as it helps the traffic of our drive through" would have been sufficient enough.
