This post office is well used by our community - every time I go there are people coming in and out. The employees are always efficient and helpful and it's in a great location.

Why has mail delivery gotten so much later? For years delivery was around 2 - 3 pm. Now my mail is being delivered between 6:30 and 7 pm. Is there now a night shift?

I was told to come back because only one girl can sell money orders and she was on lunch. I waited in line for over 10 minutes. I am not impressed. One stars is what I believe this post office rating should be. The manager did nothing about it or tried to help me. This is unacceptable. I should be able to get the the services the post office offers regardless of who is working.

The Clerk was Exceptional, very professional and Awesome!!! Young was fantastic, the person who made rude comment about mean Asian woman was so off base and the complete opposite of what a person wrote, she is Awesome and Excellent!!! Fast, friendly and outstanding customer service!!!
Definitely my new favorite post office!!!

There’s an older Asian lady that works the counter that has the worst attitude. Like me mailing a package is ruining her day. Twice I’ve walked in and she just looks like someone pooped in Her cereal. If you don’t like your job the. Why do it?!? I don’t like spending my hard earn money to be treaded like iam ruining your day! Do better puyallup post office.

This post office is located in downtown Puyallup. The building is old but the exterior looks nice though. I was able to park at the curbside. The interior was pretty clean. Customer service was great. When I arrived here there were a few people in line ahead of me. I was able to get assistance within a reasonable time about 25 minutes.

While the line was longer than I wanted the staff were nice and speedy so it felt like the line was actually moving. They even noticed that o had a prepaid label and could just drop off the package instead of still waiting in line.

Everything’s always out of order for self serve. Drop box always full and locked. Lines 30 deep.
