Howdy!
While I'm serving in the U.S. ARMY and reporting to my Unit at JBLM, I was waiting patiently for my CPL (Concealed Pistol License) from South Sound 911 to be delivered to my baby sister and brother inlaws address in Puyallup 144th Crt E..
My sister saw a picture that was sent to her from USPS showing that my CPL was delivered on the 22nd (last Friday) of this month.
As she showed me the picture, my sister and I decided to walk down the driveway and open their assigned mailbox.
Other mail showed up, but to my sister and I surprise, my CPL could not be found. Weird as it is, something tells me that we need to head over to Meridian E USPS and let the clerks in the front know what occurred.
Drove my sister and I to the USPS and met with a USPS female Clerk in the front and gave information to what has occurred on that day and if my CPL can be located.
According to her, that the mail that I was supposed to receive couldn't be delivered because it was sent back to the sender.. for what reason!? I have no clue...
But I was boiling inside as it is very important to me, that I did all my finger printing, FBI background check, and qualified to carry wasn't for nothing..
I called South Sound 911 of a possible resend to sender of my CPL has been initiated by USPS. The female agent at the desk was very professional and gladly took her time to locate my CPL mail.
She put me on hold for at least 5 seconds and got back on the phone quickly to confirm a mail of my CPL has been sent back to their office, and want to know if I wanted my CPL to be resent to the same address or just keep it in the office, till I pick it up when I have the time.
I kindly told the agent to hold it till this Friday.
I was grateful for my CPL was not a lost cause, but I'm very disappointed in Meridian E USPS for resending back, an important CPL that my relatives and inlaws for giving me permission to use their mailing address, till I get my own mail box through the U.S. ARMY, JBLM..
Whoever was the driver, that may have seen and know exactly what my mail is about and possibly got something against it..
You need to do better..
But what's weird to me, is that you can send random names of people into my sister's and brother inlaws box without their permission and that's okay?
Y'all better do some correctional training and retrain more.

Went to the post office with my father. Lisa was working at the counter. She was dismissive, rude and was cutting us off and rushing us. She kept reaching over the counter and touching the pin pad which should not be allowed! She kept touching the pin pad and even gave herself a good rating when I would’ve given her no star rating. If she wasn’t using the pin pad herself! that’s for customers !

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always the same ladies and they are all amazing and I have seen them handle difficult customers and they still keep their poise and professionalism. People can be so rude but they do their best and they are knowledgeable and very timely. The lines do get long but it’s not because they are slow it’s because of the different services they provide. Thank you for everything you do!

Never answer the phone. They are my packages, that apparently I asked for them to hold…what!? Why would I do that? But I can’t talk to anyone on the phone there and my work hours don’t correspond to their hours.

Extremely frustrated. My package was marked as delivered, but the key left in my mailbox opened a parcel locker that already had a key in it—clearly, my package was put in the wrong locker or taken. Now it’s missing! This has happened to a bunch of my neighbors but no one at this location seems to take accountability. This is unacceptable. What’s the point of tracking if the delivery isn’t done properly?

I’m an Ebay seller and this is my main post office for shipping packages as it’s closest. Have yet to have any problems. It is a busier spot since it’s right off Meridian, but that’s to be expected! Staff is friendly and gets work done.

We had a PO Box here for almost 2 years and they’re our local post office and we’ve never had a problem. The people that work here are so sweet and patient - literal saints for what they deal with! Every time I came in here there was a customer screaming about something that was usually due to their own lack of planning. There’s so much information on the usps website and people come in and get mad about the craziest things (the box is expensive to mail, they need a customs form to mail something overseas, etc.). Anyways, the employees deserve a raise and people need to chill out and take responsibility for themselves.

They never answer phones!! You call the other location they answer right away but can't help. Answer phone it's that easy!!

I avoid having to deal with the people who work here. Long lines of customers wanting to mail packages and only one person working behind the counter while we watch other employees strolling around in the back. The last several times I’ve been there, the woman behind the counter acted as if there was somewhere she would rather be. As far as local home delivery, it gets later every day. The mail years ago was delivered like clockwork. 1:30 /2:30. Now mail at times doesn’t get delivered until 7:00 pm! No wonder the usps is going broke.
