It's mid December and I just bought 6 sweaters and two skirts for $45. Sweaters that you can wear to work or church, nice ones, for $3.49 or similar. A one of a kind handmade skirt for $8.49! Nothing but compliments on it!I get all my name brand shoes here. I a women's 9, too! Great place for kid's clothes. I get a lot of my kiddo's character t-shirts here.Update: PS this is the nicest, most helpful VV staff ever. We were looking for specific shoes for my kid's Saint costume. The lovely lady stocking shoes pulled out three bins from the stock room so we could rummage through them. We found THE PERFECT pair of boots and they really pulled the whole costume together. THANK YOU!!

Way way way over priced for used clothing I mean come on someone else wore, sweated, slept in,that to be way over priced I rather go to Walmart and buy it. Brand new where nobody is sweated or slept in charging. Almost $8 for a shirt or $10 for a pair of sweated out leggings gross

I have enjoyed thrifting for years! Mostly because as costs of goods go up, I have found joy still in thrifting knowing I’m able to save on home goods and clothing..until now. INFLATION should not hurt ANY thrift stores. All of your goods are donated to you for FREE and most (if not all) of your goods are donated to your location and place of business. That means, you’re not paying for transport of goods and you’re not buying the goods you’re selling in an inflated market..so what really is the true point in inflating yours to the customers who *value* thrifting as an efficient & cost effective way to purchase recycled items? Pictures to show exactly what I’m talking about.. QUIT GOOGLING MERCHANDISE BRANDS AND PRODUCT IN YOUR BACK ROOM AND START SELLING AT FACE VALUE- a book is a book, a vase is a vase, a towel is a towel..DO BETTER VALUE VILLAGE!

I wanted to get some chapter books for an eight year old boy. All of the hard covers for kids were $5.99!!!!! Even the thin very used ones were $5.99!!!!! We want our kids to have time away from electronics? Obviously Value Village doesn't agree and makes kids books so expensive that the books are unaffordable for people who want want their kids to read them. Shame on you.

Absolutely the worse customer service. Asked where I could find a certain product and was told word for word, “did you even look”? I then told her to go ruin someone else day and continued on. Found a couple items but couldn’t try them on because apparently getting clothes from donations and charging damn near full price for things doesn’t get you a dressing room. Also, you don’t get refunded if they don’t fit either. Total scam artists. Never will I shop in these kind of places again.

Used to love going here. Went yesterday and pretty much every item is 3 times the price of any other value village. Most of the clothing is higher than what you could find new at a store. And $4.99 for old vinyl albums is insane compared to the $1.99 all the other locations sell them for. Won't be visiting this location again even though I drive by it daily on the way home.

As a fan of Thrift Shopping, there is no shortage of options in the PNW. But Value Village is my favorite. Prices are great! I got a pair of old navy shorts, a lands end flannel and a pair of Old Navy jeans for $16. Their stores are organized well and I like the self checkout option too. Give it a try and see what you think.

I didn't quite find what I had initially went for, but still left with something. Scored some nice wall art, and a few garments for myself and family. There is a huge selection of dresses, which is not easy to come by typically at a thrift store! The entire store is well-organized, clean. The self-checkout through me off a bit, but not something I wasn't used to. I've been coming to this VV for over a decade now, and the service and quality of items have always been top notch for me.

The cashier assistant Callie was extremely rude and condescending. My mother and I were shopping at this location this morning. We were trying to scan our items and place them on the you scan counter when the cord from the scanner bumped two wine glasses that fell on the floor and broke. They were a set of four but now two broke. She instantly became really pushy about us having to pay for them after they broke and said you know it’s common courtesy in a very rude tone of voice. I tried to explain to her I wanted four and have no use for just two but she didn’t really care to hear that.If the you scan counters weren’t so small it probably wouldn’t of happened. As a small business owner I would of never talked to my customers that way. The two managers on duty were understanding, and apologized for Callies behavior and assured me that’s not how they normally conduct business. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the managers seemed sincere.

There are much better priced thrift stores in the area... also, you can only exchange merchandise and tax is not reimbursed. It makes no sense...

A value village for the birds. Not really sure you can actually call this a thrift shop, it's like a desperate trashy attempt at re-retail. Adding this after first post, read some of the 5 stars on this place...they should be 2-3 reviews most of them. Are we just giving 5 stars for dog water? They have over or inconsistently priced items that really take the fun out of thrifting. I found 3 of the exact same bowls, same color tags one priced 7.99 8.99 the other 11.99. they were the exact same. Found a god of war funko #25 for 99$ nothing should be 99$ in a store where everything is donated, anyway....out of curiosity I checked ebay to compare, eBay has it new mint for 20$ (reasonable for a not rare collectible such as this, also note they had many other funkos for 8$ they knew what Funko prices oughta be). Though I did find a rarer version for 120$, keep in mind the one at value village was the cheap one. This tells me the people or person in the back pricing items are grabbing collectibles looking them up on eBay and knocking 5% off the highest price they see. They also have bootleg NES games for around 20$... That sell at any retro game shop for 5$. You can tell the difference between bootleg and non by comparing the metal pins in the bottom. The point of the thrift shop is the buyers get the cool story about finding something awesome, it's not fun when you paid over retail because the pricer here is greedy and or incompetent. People don't want to be ripped off for ragsWhat other examples? Free people clothes are picked out and hiked up to 25-35$ each. The records are covered in scratches or not even containing the record in question but they'll throw a 5$ sticker on it like they tested it. The men's jeans are stained and trashed and should be free. The store is gross, it's in a dumpy area has one unregulated chokepoint leading into a busy road, no bathroom, no changing rooms, 1 stars is too many. Imagine a goodwill boutiques in the slums

I was absolutely shocked to see Blu-rays priced at 7.99 !! Even a small paperback book was priced at 7.99! No wonder the shelves were crammed packed. The cashier was friendly.
