Always gotta stop to get something cute for bae, only problem is most times they don't have the items being displayed in stock. They go pretty quickly I'm assuming and it's slightly irritating looking for something you think is there and now we have to leave unsatisfied.

Requested a fitting and she started to do it over the sweatshirt I said that won’t be accurate and then she asked my teen daughter to lift her sweater in the middle of the store. I said no thanks and we walked back to the fitting room. She measured, told us the size and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. When we went out and found her size to try on I asked the employee for a room and she ignored me. Employees were more concerned about walking through the dressing room with their RFID reader than helping anyone.

The staff is not friendly- no smile or single greeting until checkout and I was one of 3 people in the store. They don't carry all items either.

I am a former long time employee of Victoria’s Secret and truly loved working there. Such wonderful memories.If management is reading this, you need to hire girls who don’t have rotten attitudes. I spent maybe 10-15 min inside and I felt super unwelcome and they all but rolled their eyes at me for just being there. Needed a different size when I was in the fitting room and the girl was like “we don’t have it” with the most unenthused whatever attitude. I knew they did have the size bc I saw it in the drawer when originally picking it out. I put everything away and ordered what I wanted online. Your store will suffer with these attitudes running it.

Stopped in 1130 on a weekday. Numerous employees working on the floor but only one register open on the Pink side. Employees on the VS side register either can't or won't ring customers up. Ended up putting my items back and leaving because one register taking so long when you have employees in the other side not doing anything. This is not the first time, they started this at least a year ago.

Man! This is weird...nearly all undies were sold out. That is a bummer...the store when I was there couldn't manage the stock. In case your response is "you probably checked just one thing" and my answer is....I check 5 different items and all the sizes...sold out of most (at least 70-75%) things.

I was helped by Shelby today. I just want to let everyone know how caring, patient and kind she is. I was having a rough day prior to coming in and as I entered she had asked me if I needed help with anything. Having just recently started going to VS/Pink because of new plus sizes, I'm not very familiar with any of the offerings. Shelby took me around the whole store and showed me everything, including all of her favorites. She also let me in on all the deals that they were having and also help size me and find a good style that works well for me. In my tough moment, Shelby's helpfulness meant so much to me. She even gave a listening ear and a hug. Kudos to Shelby and all those who work there. I understand times are really stressful right now with the holidays, but you all are doing phenomenal. Keep up the good work! I will be back. :-)

Large selection of Victoria Secret's to choose from. Employees talk to each other, more than they assist you. Especially if you're a older woman. I like pretty and cute undergarments, also.
