My son left his phone in a cart at Walmart on New Year's Eve and we did not realize it until we had gotten home. Shannon at the Customer Service Department was amazing and helped us find the phone in the bay of carts. Then after that miracle- we got home and realized we forgot have our groceries at self check out! Shannon once again was so nice and helpful and confirmed that the groceries were in fact left but they had put them back on the floor since so much time had passed. She let me go back and gather the missing items on my receipt. She has the best customer service we have ever received at Walmart. She was so kind and helpful and helped turn around a bad day.

Took my niece to the bathroom and after she went to wash her hands the water was so hot it burned her hands i tried talk to someone for over 30 minutes to inform them it is set to high and was unable to talk to anyone everyone absolutely unacceptable

I bought a pair of cable tire chains this morning. Never opened them, never used them, never even peeked inside the box. Went to return them the same evening because I didn't need them, with receipt. The customer service rep stated she couldn't accept the return because my black zip tie was missing. I said, "what zip tie?". This zip tie never existed. I had looked through many boxes before picking out the right size initially and don't recall any black zip ties. But just in case my memory has failed me, regardless, mine still did not have a zip tie before I bought it. If this truly is their policy to refuse an unopened/unused item without a zip tie they forgot to put on, then shame on them. If hypothetically I had taken the zip tie off myself (still not using the item) and couldn't return it due to this "policy" then I would have been mildly annoyed but I would have quietly eaten the $55. But that's not how this story goes. Just giving a little warning to the masses before you decide to shop at this Walmart or get this particular item from a Walmart around Puyallup, WA. DON'T BUY YOUR TIRE CHAINS FROM HERE :)

If I had a choice, I wouldn't even rate these people with one star. I accidentally left some things in a bag at the register a self check out when I got home I looked for them and they weren't there by the time I got done looking, they were closed. I called them first thing in the morning gave my description what I was wearing Everything and the items that were missing that I had forgot on accident now taking mines at I suffer from neurological damage so I don't speak well at times and I don't walk well either. I am a disabled individual. I got nothing but a fight from those people at the store Melissa the lead in the morning, telling me that I wasn't even there at the store, saying I needed to provide a receipt and I paid cash by the way, I told Melissa that I couldn't find the receipt and without the receipt I was like obviously couldn't get any help. Well my husband found the damn receipt with the items on it that I have left in the bag and you can tell by how the receipt and the food and everything was checked out that I had left the over-the-counter cold medicines and my husband's Valentine's Day present on the bottom, so two separate bags I left the bag $77 worth of stuff. All I wanted was to get it back they fought me and fought me and I went in the store by myself with the receipt and they still told me no that they didn't see me on the camera at the checkout that and I showed him the time they said oh no, they didn't see me at that time. Well, they wouldn't of known that unless they check the receipt so they were just lying, the manager Jason never ever came down to deal with this. He never came down. He sent that broad Melissa well I called my mom I'm in the middle of having a seizure because I have neurological tremors and seizures and called her and told her what happened and she called corporate and they gave her a specific number to, give to Walmart to authorize the few items that I had accidentally left. Now I have memory issues because of my neurological issues and they are getting worse and I do get ups set because I can't remember the words I need to say I fight sometimes even being alive I guess anyway they treated me like garbage and with an attitude that you wouldn't believe They refuse to help me and my mom got a hold of corporate and said take that number in I did they didn't care about it. I had my mom on the phone with me on FaceTime she saw everything and how badly they treated me and basically treated me like a thief and they said that we don't do this. That's your fault for leaving it there at a self check out well I don't feel that I don't feel that that's my problem. I try to just get it taken care of as soon as I could and this is what happened now at the end, corporate called and reamed on them and so I did get to go back and get my few things that I had forgot in the bag at the register I didn't pick up anything else I didn't steal from them I took them off brands like I had originally done on the receipt everything I took it up there she threw it in a bag. Her name was Judy by the way the night lead and said, just so you know this is a one time thing and we don't do this because you're messing up our inventory I think the ADA would like to know how Walmart treats their people up here I not even said one harsh word I can barely speak so here's my big fat zero to you, Walmart you don't get even a star if I could not punch a star in review, I would I will never go back there ever regardless of whether I got my items returned. Thanks to my mom calling corporate in Bentonville Arkansas. I'll never go back I'll never be treated like such a second rate citizen where is the compassion and where is the empathy and to make things right isn't that a motto? I don't know maybe I grew up at a different time but I've never been talk to you so crappy in my life as I'm having a friggin seizure in the store. All I can say, is wow shame on you,

Ordered groceries from this store and paid for the extra money to have it delivered within two hours. 4 hours later, we finally got someone to answer the phone and a manager named Jeremy and he says "oh we cancelled the order" without even a phone call. This is unacceptable and will talk to my lawyer on this matter. They get paid to take care of the public and my time is just as valuable. Will be sending a copy of this to corporate as well, but doubt anything will happen with it....

I would give this place ZERO STARS. Michelle at customer service is the most unhelpful, disrespectful person I've ever encountered at any store. Instead of helping me she just gave me attitude the whole time and wasn't listening to anything I was trying to say to help with my return. I will never be purchasing anything from this store again. Ontop of that she is sick and not wearing any face protection!!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This WalMart profiles good paying Black customers. Every time my husband goes to this store with (he is black) he is followed around the store by security. When I go (I am mixed race) I am not profiles. We both make very good money and do not need to steal out of WalMart. It is sad and ridiculous. We will not spend another dime in this store.

The worst costumer service I've ever had. Been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to help me at the car stereo section and finally just gave up. I asked for help in person and called there phone for help and no one came.

If there was 6 or more Stars I would have used them. The Staff went beyond what I thought would have been overboard. I'm not kidding..patience has a new meaning after my experience at the Photo department.

one of the girls working there was very rude. the kiosk I sat down at to print my pictures wouldn't read my SD card. I told the lady it was broken and she just snapped back "there is a sign that says it's broken"
