I bought a pair of cable tire chains this morning. Never opened them, never used them, never even peeked inside the box. Went to return them the same evening because I didn't need them, with receipt. The customer service rep stated she couldn't accept the return because my black zip tie was missing. I said, "what zip tie?". This zip tie never existed. I had looked through many boxes before picking out the right size initially and don't recall any black zip ties. But just in case my memory has failed me, regardless, mine still did not have a zip tie before I bought it. If this truly is their policy to refuse an unopened/unused item without a zip tie they forgot to put on, then shame on them. If hypothetically I had taken the zip tie off myself (still not using the item) and couldn't return it due to this "policy" then I would have been mildly annoyed but I would have quietly eaten the $55. But that's not how this story goes. Just giving a little warning to the masses before you decide to shop at this Walmart or get this particular item from a Walmart around Puyallup, WA. DON'T BUY YOUR TIRE CHAINS FROM HERE :)

If I had a choice, I wouldn't even rate these people with one star. I accidentally left some things in a bag at the register a self check out when I got home I looked for them and they weren't there by the time I got done looking, they were closed. I called them first thing in the morning gave my description what I was wearing Everything and the items that were missing that I had forgot on accident now taking mines at I suffer from neurological damage so I don't speak well at times and I don't walk well either. I am a disabled individual. I got nothing but a fight from those people at the store Melissa the lead in the morning, telling me that I wasn't even there at the store, saying I needed to provide a receipt and I paid cash by the way, I told Melissa that I couldn't find the receipt and without the receipt I was like obviously couldn't get any help. Well my husband found the damn receipt with the items on it that I have left in the bag and you can tell by how the receipt and the food and everything was checked out that I had left the over-the-counter cold medicines and my husband's Valentine's Day present on the bottom, so two separate bags I left the bag $77 worth of stuff. All I wanted was to get it back they fought me and fought me and I went in the store by myself with the receipt and they still told me no that they didn't see me on the camera at the checkout that and I showed him the time they said oh no, they didn't see me at that time. Well, they wouldn't of known that unless they check the receipt so they were just lying, the manager Jason never ever came down to deal with this. He never came down. He sent that broad Melissa well I called my mom I'm in the middle of having a seizure because I have neurological tremors and seizures and called her and told her what happened and she called corporate and they gave her a specific number to, give to Walmart to authorize the few items that I had accidentally left. Now I have memory issues because of my neurological issues and they are getting worse and I do get ups set because I can't remember the words I need to say I fight sometimes even being alive I guess anyway they treated me like garbage and with an attitude that you wouldn't believe They refuse to help me and my mom got a hold of corporate and said take that number in I did they didn't care about it. I had my mom on the phone with me on FaceTime she saw everything and how badly they treated me and basically treated me like a thief and they said that we don't do this. That's your fault for leaving it there at a self check out well I don't feel that I don't feel that that's my problem. I try to just get it taken care of as soon as I could and this is what happened now at the end, corporate called and reamed on them and so I did get to go back and get my few things that I had forgot in the bag at the register I didn't pick up anything else I didn't steal from them I took them off brands like I had originally done on the receipt everything I took it up there she threw it in a bag. Her name was Judy by the way the night lead and said, just so you know this is a one time thing and we don't do this because you're messing up our inventory I think the ADA would like to know how Walmart treats their people up here I not even said one harsh word I can barely speak so here's my big fat zero to you, Walmart you don't get even a star if I could not punch a star in review, I would I will never go back there ever regardless of whether I got my items returned. Thanks to my mom calling corporate in Bentonville Arkansas. I'll never go back I'll never be treated like such a second rate citizen where is the compassion and where is the empathy and to make things right isn't that a motto? I don't know maybe I grew up at a different time but I've never been talk to you so crappy in my life as I'm having a friggin seizure in the store. All I can say, is wow shame on you,

Ordered groceries from this store and paid for the extra money to have it delivered within two hours. 4 hours later, we finally got someone to answer the phone and a manager named Jeremy and he says "oh we cancelled the order" without even a phone call. This is unacceptable and will talk to my lawyer on this matter. They get paid to take care of the public and my time is just as valuable. Will be sending a copy of this to corporate as well, but doubt anything will happen with it....

I would give this place ZERO STARS. Michelle at customer service is the most unhelpful, disrespectful person I've ever encountered at any store. Instead of helping me she just gave me attitude the whole time and wasn't listening to anything I was trying to say to help with my return. I will never be purchasing anything from this store again. Ontop of that she is sick and not wearing any face protection!!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This WalMart profiles good paying Black customers. Every time my husband goes to this store with (he is black) he is followed around the store by security. When I go (I am mixed race) I am not profiles. We both make very good money and do not need to steal out of WalMart. It is sad and ridiculous. We will not spend another dime in this store.

The worst costumer service I've ever had. Been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to help me at the car stereo section and finally just gave up. I asked for help in person and called there phone for help and no one came.

Careful Walmart shoppers. They are charging a six dollar waste dump fee. Check your receipts. I got off work at 8 pm and noticed this ridiculous fee.

My order was just 5 items. A 12 pack of beer, 2 bottles of wine, a half gallon of milk and a blueberry pie. 4 items were reported "not available"...the beer, 2 bottles of wine and the milk. I received a Blueberry pie, cost of a little over $4. I was charbed $42...for the total order. The "dasher" xame back to my house apoligizing that she could not move on to her next delivery because my order originally contained alcohol so she needed to see my ID. Good job dasher Sandy with a Texas number...

The grocery pick-up service here sucks. I get the idea behind it, I pick up groceries for a disabled vet but at this rate, it would be easier for me to go get the groceries myself. Every time I come here, nobody answers the phone or they send me straight to voicemail. Every single time, I end up waiting for more than 30 minutes just to get checked in then however long to even get the groceries in the car. I have been sitting here since 5:55 and I am just now having someone walk up to my car at 6:30 after 8 attempted calls with my hazards on, because "I didn't see anyone registered for this bay number so I wanted to see what was going on". Never can find the name the order is under, I have to have the veteran send me his order number then magically they see the name. What a joke.

Went to spend good money here and was greeted by a security guard following me throughout my entire f****** trip. Any way to chase a paying customer out the store any faster? I will take my money to target across the street where I don't get profiled and actually get asked if I need any help

If I could give this Walmart is zero in Starzz that is exactly what I would do. Over a week ago my parents went to Walmart in South Hill, they put an order for 50 piece chicken. They went to go pick it up this last Friday they told him they couldn't fill their order. You need to check if you have enough item before you take an order. And if by chance you sell too much before that day comes referring to chicken, you need to get a hold of your customers and let them know you cannot fulfill the order. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in any department stores do not go to Walmart and Southhill. Talk to the manager she said she didn't see anything I called Bull sh&$ on that. I worked at a Walmart in Eagle River Alaska, if our store manager ever seen something like that that person would not be around. Do not go there. The first two gals that I spoke with in the deli today April 20 I could not understand at all and I asked to speak to a manager they said there was no manager there. Finally a manager did get on the phone. They did not offer to make it right for going all the way up there and not having anything to pick up. That's not how you place orders Walmart get it right dang it. You need to get your act together and I'll be on the same page. Our family is taking our business elsewhere and so should the rest of you lousy customer service!!!!

I always have a pleasant experience at this Walmart Supercenter. I just retired from the military after 32 years and I have made Puyallup my home. The staff have always been kind and courteous, especially the pharmacy, customer service and bakery departments. The store has always been clean and organized whenever I shop there.

Because of COVID we decided to try Walmart's pickup service. We ordered only 10 items and had a pickup time of 7pm-8pm so we arrived at 7pm and got a text saying our order was still being put together but within 5 minutes received another text saying it was ready but that half our order was not available. The app was not very user friendly to check in with. I understand that with COVID this service is very busy and that workers are getting overwhelmed. So we waited patiently for 45 minutes because the parking was very full. We saw maybe 5 cars get their order within that 45 minutes and the girl getting orders out was taking her sweet time. We talked with another person waiting who said this was a normal thing at this location. After another 15 minutes we watched a car pull up, hug the worker and then get their order immediately after. Then we saw cars who got there after us start getting their orders. We talked to several employees who all just said "we will get to you." Manager came out and was writing down names of cars and then finally told us he would send our order out next but only after the many times we had to talk to him about waiting. This was an hour and 45 minutes after we arrived. The worker who brought our order was very polite but was trying to train another employee who clearly didn't understand the concept of putting bags in a trunk which was not a good mix with customers who had already been waiting this long. I will NEVER be using this service again or probably even shopping at Walmart because every employee we talked to had no clue how to even find out information or do their job in a timely manner. And even though I understand this stressful time I also know that business should never look like that!
