I've ordered groceries to be delivered and had issues where items weren't delivered (and driver cared less), shopper didn't pick correct substitutions, and a delivery that went to the wrong house, so I went back to pickup. This last order was the worst! These are items I received and then Walmart Chat Agent wouldn't refund all that I paid and couldn't care less about shorting me. Check pics of what I received.

I hate this place kids don't even have any privileges here the worst store ever I tried buying something and the lady came up to me and took my stuff and canceled my stuff the service is the worst some of the food is rotten

At 8:50 p.m. on February 5th I was bullied by three Associates two of which claim to be managers I was asked for my receipt well before I got to the door which I quickly showed because I actually wasn't leaving the store yet I was going to Subway I ordered a pretzel and upon leaving I now have three workers around me demanding I show the receipt again when I denied and start walking the other way cuz my car was parked on the other side of the store a worker grabbed all the items out of my cart I was Furious but really trying to keep a level head I tried to explain to them that I don't have to legally show a receipt I couldn't believe that I was getting robbed by a Walmart employee I did show the receipt to get my items back but really the whole situation was ridiculous and uncalled for

The night staff is garbage. Before going in I checked to see if they take Apple Pay, online it says they do so great I go in and get my one item. I go to pay and they do not take Apple Pay. Fine whatever, the issue is how the staff handled that. I said ok cool, and have them just a heads up that it says online they do. The lady comes at me and says "ok well use the website" lol. Maybe she doesn't know how Apple Pay or contactless payment works. Garbage customer service then again it's Walmart.

I would give zero star if I can. Horrible service and horrible attitude from a Asian lady around the first self checkout spot. Stay away from this Walmart.

Came to get toilet paper 10 minutes before close, the lady locked the door in my face and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. The guy saw me and let me in, as I'm leaving she checks my receipt for toilet paper?? And I asked why? This lady says to "we only need to check some peoples receipt" crazy this Walmart fucking sucks.

Absolutely horrible service. I needed to replace a couple of tires on my commuting car. I arrived at 8:42am 3rd of march. Ilas I stood at the counter a representative came to the counter and said nothing, no good morning, how can I help you. I proceeded to say good morning and as for the front tires I was looking for. She did not bother to look them up simply said do you have an appointment. If you don't I cannot help. All three bays were empty not a single customer was being helped. She stated we have one appointment scheduled on about 10min I waited the 10 min nobody arrived. What happened to service? This is an hourly employees dream. No work or customers, kick back all those who don't have an appointment regardless if no one is in the bay getting worked done. What a shame

No one wants to help at this store. Tons of employees walking around, talking to one another but no one helps. Even after asking for help still no help. If your going to lock stuff up then you should be willing to have helpers to open them. I will not be going to this Walmart again. Unreal how rude employees are as well. I had the same two people walk by my several times and refuse to even make sure contact just walked by faster.

I am not even sure where to start with this review. I really think Walmart needs to stop hiring little teenagers and start hiring people who actually have developed brains. You have so many teenagers running around the store "pretending" to work and accomplishing absolutely nothing. I asked a girl standing in the mirror aisle where the rash cream was but she was too busy making tiks toks to answer my question. She had the audacity to tell me to just look it up on the walmart app. At this point I was ready to walk out and take my business elsewhere. But i knew my kids wanted a new card game so we walked to the back of the store to grab just one more item before leaving. Out of nowhere this teenager who clearly worked at this store comes flying out of the aisle on a tricycle, nearly wiping my kid off of his feet. If anything would have have happened to my kid, I would have been suing. You guys got lucky but I will be in touch with corporate about this matter. I wish I could have given you zero starts but thats not possible so I give you a one.

This walmart is aweful how can you sell a 65 inch TV and when the customer gets home to set it up. 1st it was definitely not a 65 in TV plus it wouldn't even turn. Then take it back and walmart would not do a thing. I hate walmart. No one shop there. Bunch a crap

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had a choice..listen we all know Walmart is what it is. No customer service and out of stuff half the time but its cheap so we keep going but this was the end of my so called relationship with them. I get short staffed and understand we live in different times but 35 minutes to try and get someone to cut some damn fabric was insane. 20 pages with no answer, 3 people said not there department but would find some help...and notta. I even tried calling the store twice to get help.. rang so long that the phone itself shut off. So walking out and leaving my full cart behind - off to Fred Myers. Sad to leave the cute fabric but Joanns will hook me up.

Overall the store is clean but the automotive department has horrible service. I've got an oil change twice, the second time hoping to be better then the first, but was disappointed, again. Both times, they neglected to give me a courtesy call that my vehicle was done (which they promise to Do) and when I finally go check for myself, no one in the department is to be found. Being the first person there, it still took a whole hour and a half....

From previous experiences, I would have given a 3 or 4 star rating. However, Archie at the Vision Center has redeemed this store! My son broke his glasses... again...surprise surprise right?! We took them in to order a new pair (bc he broke the good ones and the backups in a weekend! ). First, they needed his Doc's name and it wasn't listed, so Archie dug through a humid one sheet at a time to find it. No complaints even though his coworker clearly did not alphabetize them. Thankfully I found the emailed prescription, so we found the doc. But military docs don't list their NPIs on civilian sites. So he promised to call on Monday... and HE DID! I almost never have someone actually follow through on a Monday! Awesome! Well, then he took my panicked homeschooling mommy self and actually listened as tried to help! I'm so used to unconcerned young employees just saying oh well and moving on. Archie checked so many pairs of glasses to see if we could use the lenses in an existing pair. He even helped me check the readers to see if we could use those. No dice. It he calls on Monday to let me know he found the NPI and I could come in to pay. Of course, we had a car die over the weekend and hubby had to take the car to work for a night shift so I'm stuck on good old fashioned pedal power with a small army of kids in tow...two days in a row already and getting longer. So he coordinated with his boss to approve me paying at pickup so that we could get the order in and hopefully get the glasses for my son before Christmas! I haven't had an employee go that far out of their way to help in decades. I honestly thought that level of customer service was extinct ! Thank you Archie!!

Alright bro like... I get "COVID" or whatever but.. this is ridiculous. I don't even write reviews but... TODAY I GOT TIME CUH. I wouldn't have time though if y'all would actually deliver the groceries to my car. I'm out here tryna door dash bro. Ion even need to door dash but I want some extra money. Money that y'all are robbing me of as I'm going on 40 minutes AFTER I CALLED for y'all to bring me my groceries. Y'all costing me money. I get ya lil 10$ a hour ain't motivating you but I bet if this BLIKKY GET TRIKKY I'll see some DANCE MOVES no BRIS. HURRY UP!!!!!
