I'm disappointed that communication has fallen off by the current loan officer. After some initial great info and good information, the branch manager/loan officer here stopped communication altogether, and the initial pre-qualification I received was not correctly assessed. Disappointed in the level of service and lack of care. WDFD what countermeasures do you guys have to correct future issues?

They spend 2 months of my time going back and forth and 0 results. I got my loan from a different bank with no problems within 2 days. Don't ever even try to do business with WAFD they are not a bank they are a joke.Worst experience i ever had with the bank STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ANY COST !!!!!!!!!

I've been with them for about a decade & I don't think I've had a single issue. The new update to the mobile app really sucks. But the live one on one service is always above & beyond. Keep up the good job!

These ladies are so unprofessional. Annette Hansen is as clueless as they come. Never trust someone who can't look you in the eye when having a conversation. Judging from her writing ability, her education level is somewhere below 4th grade. Here is a sample; "I just spoke with the underwriter and you do have debit out there and ratio are high to made make this work they will need at least $40,000.00 in the bank and you would need to pay off the the new auto loan." Clear as mud. She says I need to have more cash than the property sale price to do business with them. Anyone wishing to do business with Wash Federal will do better to stay away from the Puyallup branch.
