I would never ever do business here again! I set up a savings account for my daughter when she was 5 and deposited money until she was in college. She received quarterly statements as normal. Her first year out of college we got a statement saying that the account had been turned over to WA Unclaimed Properties. They can do that if you do not touch or make a deposit it 4 years. I was never notified by email or phone call! This is absurd!!! One letter was sent and that was probably when our community mailbox was broken into. Four months later and many phone calls, meetings, lack of phone calls back, promising a check was going to be mailed to us within 10 days from Wells Fargo Unclaimed Properties now says it is in process! Please don't go through this stress and set up savings accounts, bank accounts someplace else!!

I use the ATM at this branch more often than not. When I do head inside, tellers are friendly and try to make an effort to ask how I am and the usual small talk. I appreciate the fast service.I won’t take any points off the review for this next part because it is fairly new at the time that I am writing this. The way that the newer ATM is set up to deposit cash with the metal door opening, and then leaving the bills in the little open space before it mechanically closes at a quicker pace makes me feel concerned about the safety of my fingers if I don’t move fast enough. Just a thought, Wells Fargo.

We used to really enjoy our experience with Wells Fargo as we had a branch near us that delivered great customer service and were incredibly informative. That branch was closed.This is now the closest branch to us and I am consistently shocked at their lack of customer service and inability to assist customers: not able to explain the requirements for opening a minor account, in-person tellers consistently tell you to "just use the ATM" or online services, tellers will continue to engage in long discussions with one another and ignore line of customers, and you can never get through on the phone. My kids even ask "Are you sure we should go there?" any time we need to do a banking activity as they have witnessed the poor customer service.

SLOWEST BANK EVER! Plan on waiting 25+ minutes anytime you go through the drive-thru. BEYOND frustrating!

They are very nice and no trouble with my banking. BUT using the branch is 3 stars because it is soooo slow!! I've actually had to leave the branch several times because the transactions in front of me are taking so long. I appreciate a little small talk but if I have to leave because the wait is so long it makes for a bad experience. I've had this experience at all the wells Fargo's actually. But I shouldn't be in line for over 15 minutes for two people in front of me

This is absolutely the worst location. No matter the day or time you will wait in line for 30 minutes with someone asking why your there and will you please use the ATM or the night drop. If I wanted to use the drop box or ATM I would not be inside. How about instead of standing by the line and talking to people you open another winder. No wonder there reviews are so bad.

Their drive thru ATM got damaged several months ago and they still haven't fixed it. You can tell customer service isn't a top priority with them. I've been a customer of theirs for many years and I'll be making a change soon. There have been lots of situations where you can tell they don't care.

I loved this bank until Heather came to work here. I only ever have a problem with Heather. Heather laughed at me when I barely had enough money in my account to pay my mortgage. Dont be like Heather.

Woke up to some alarming charges on my account, when I got to Wells Fargo I called and asked if I could come in for help, she said they were busy and pushed me off by telling me to call the number on the back of my card even though I said I was parked in the parking lot in my car. Fine. Called the number and got stuck waiting on hold for over 20minutes.Sometimes you need to do the job your getting paid to do. Customers shouldn’t be such an annoyance it’s literally your job to help people.

The lady that took my deposit was very friendly. I asked for a deposit bag because I am a bartender and I often bring in lots of cash. Another lady working told me they were only for business accounts. This was frustrating.
