Came in for a basic tire rotation and balance, along with a brake and suspension inspection. Despite several employees being present, only a few appeared to be actively working, and the service took longer than expected. Afterward, someone who hadn’t worked on my vehicle attempted to summarize the results, which raised concerns about accuracy and credibility. I received no feedback on tire condition or balancing results—only a $700 upsell for front shock replacement. This experience fell short compared to other locations, where the technician typically provides the service summary. I recommend improved customer service training and suggest the Quincy team look to the Ephrata store as a model for better operations.

Not a great experience buying new wheels for my car, Fabian was the one that helped us. It seems customer service is the last thing on their list. Really disappointed

Really nice guy helped me with a trailer flat he chatted with me while working on the tire answered all my questions definitely recommend for tire stuff

Was quoted a very high amount for breaks told me other work needed to be done was about to do it but they are out a week for appointments went to another mechanic he did it for half the price and said the other work was not needed! Careful with this place they are taking advantage of people hard earned money!

Two flats yesterday on my golf partner’s Toyota. We were stuck with no spare and no lug wrench. Schwab was there at 9:00 AM and saved the day! Thank you!!

We were on our way to a concert and got a nail in our tire 13 miles out of Quincy - five minutes before the shop was supposed to close. When we called to ask if they would stay open long enough to help us, there was zero hesitation from Jason when he said yes. His willingness to wait for us and replace our tire saved us from being stranded for the night. He was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable (we had run flats on our rental), helpful, and he got us back on the road in time to make it to the concert!
He informed us that our home state of South Dakota recently got a Les Schwab, so will become new customers when we return!

I got new tires like a month ago installed and alignment done, went on a very long trip when I was getting ready to come back decided to get my truck checked to make sure it was all good. The shop that I took it too told me there was a weird sound coming from the tire that it should not be like that so they took it off open it and to our surprise there was a big thick plastic piece. I called Les Schwab and all they had to say was oh yes I remember your truck since the tire are big it broke a piece of our equipment and didn’t check to see where it had fallen off to! I drove from Washington to Mexico with that piece in and took it one time to have it checked where they found it right away but before leaving I had my truck get alignment 3 times and they didn’t hear it ?!. We are paying to get a good job done. I’m honestly really disappointed with how (professional ) they are.

Worse experience. Scheduled for tire balance and rotation. Took 1 person only 10 minutes. Left with the tire pressures the exact same as when i took it in. Drove 400 miles with a bad vibration. Took to my usual shop ans all tires where off balance by at least 0.2 ounces, tires rotated and properly inflated and took 30 minutes. Never going to Quincy shop. Most dishonest place I’ve been.

We blew two tires on our horse trailer on a Friday at 4:55pm. We called this branch and they sent Jorge out in a service truck who got us on our way in less than an hour. Great service.
