Terrible customer service. I stopped in briefly to use the restroom and was immediately yelled at and told I had to buy something first. Seriously? We’re not in a third-world country🫨this level of hostility is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and head down the street instead.

Stopped here for the Tesla charger and was delighted by the snack choices. Imported chips, fancy gourmet popcorn, and Japanese Kit Kats. A bright spot in the middle of the long AF drive between Spokane and Seattle. Well worth the stop.

Price gouging Bob Ferguson supporters here. Oooh and the bathrooms are out of order. Continue on to Quincy so you don’t pay $1.30 more a gallon.

Stopped in here at 9:45 pm hauling a very large trailer and could not continue because of the wind. Had intended to buy fuel and some snacks and use the restroom. I entered the store and headed back and was told the bathrooms were closed for the night because the attendant was leaving soon......? So I didn't buy snacks and didn't pump fuel, I would rather run out than give people like this business. Get your shit together, And hire someone that knows what customer service is or get rid of current management if the problem stems higher than the clerk. You have enough bad reviews that obviously something needs to be done about this. I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post with none

AVOID! Price gouging, and pathetic petty greed.
Their gas prices were $1.60-2.00 higher than any other station just a bit down the interstate.
Worse, the price on the pump DIDN'T MATCH the prices advertised on the sign (See pictures).
Inside: they had multiple signs up on every drink dispenser saying "no outside containers!"
On the ice machine, a sign claiming outside containers not allowed "ordered by the health department." LIES!
Literally every has station lets people fill up their water bottle with water/ice. It's a small act of good will that costs next to nothing. This is BEYOND POOR MANAGEMENT, and is frankly insulting to customers.
Needless to say, we put back the things we were going to buy, and left.

Absolutely ridiculous! Most of the chilled items I picked up to buy ( kids milk, cold coffee, Frappuccinos, Gatorades etc) were EXPIRED! Yes , expired not by a month or two but years as well. Can you imagine picking something off the refrigerator only to see it expired way back in Jan/2023, Aug/2023, in addition to many expired in 2024.
On complaining about expired items, the reaction was “oh, really”.
I wish I knew which authority to complain about this mart.

Unless you need something in an emergency, avoid this Shell station. Gas is nearly $1 more expensive than in nearby Ephrata, and we paid nearly $10 for 2 gallons of bottled water.

Every single time I come to this gas station I am just more impressed with how expensive the prices are here and how awful the gas station itself is.
The diesel pumps are so slow that over 10 minutes I was only able to pump about 5 gallons of diesel.
That isn't even taking into account the fact that the prices at this gas station are a dollar more than the gas station across the highway.
Inside is dirty, and prices on snacks, drinks, medications and many others are 150% more expensive than a typical gas station markup.
I'm saying around $5.20 for a typical single energy drink.
Save yourself the time and go to Shree's just one exit to the West.

Bathroom was great for me to take a big dump in but gas is way overpriced. Drive down the road for almost a dollar cheaper in gas.
