“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the service provided by Tim a few weeks back. I had to perform at the Gorge Amphitheater and noticed I had a screw in my tire as I arrived. Not wanting to deal with a flat tire at the end of the night, I drove 20 mins over to Les Schwab to see what they could do.Tim came out and looked at the tire, grabbed some tools, pulled the screw out in the parking lot and then tested to make sure there was no leak. He was so personable and we chatted about the local area while he was doin his work.Can't thank him enough and Les Schwab is lucky to have him!”

Everytime I come in i get greeted with a smile and friendly staff who always seem energetic and happy to see you.

I have purchased a brand new full set for my 2021 carolla hatch back and the tires lasted way longer than I expected. I think they are great quality, I've had them for 2yrs and just now im replacing 2 them.
One of the tires had gotten a bubble in the tread and then it burst open. My fault probably, I didn't realize how worn down my front 2 tires were.
I called the shop and they set 2 of the same tires aside for me and even used the warrenty... I was fully expecting to pay full price after seeing how worn they were but the guy at the desk said he was gonna honor the warranty anyways.

That's what you call great customer service!!!
I've also purchased tires for my Volvo here and very happy with that experience as well.
I know I can stop by anytime and they rotate and balance for free..
These boys work their booty off...
Tires were a great price, services is super fast and they are always very friendly.

I'll be back to get tires for our 1ton truck and jeep next month.

“We were on our way to a concert and got a nail in our tire 13 miles out of Quincy - five minutes before the shop was supposed to close. When we called to ask if they would stay open long enough to help us, there was zero hesitation from Jason when he said yes. His willingness to wait for us and replace our tire saved us from being stranded for the night. He was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable (we had run flats on our rental), helpful, and he got us back on the road in time to make it to the concert!

He informed us that our home state of South Dakota recently got a Les Schwab, so will become new customers when we return!”
