Terrible service for months they haven't delivered regular mail for multiple days. They held a package for over a month said my mailbox was full it wasn't finally after a month they delivered my package.

I couldn't make an appointment online, they were taking walks in, that lady was the rudest I have ever encountered at a post office. Another nice lady gave me a chance to go before her because I had another appointment to go to.
That worker completely refused to take me in. Unfreaking believable that way she treated me when I was being so nice to her.

Hours of operation, 830-430, closed Saturday make it extremely difficult to access PO BOX and other USPS services, if you work a normal day job.

On 12/18 I sent out two boxes of christmas presents from New York to this post office for my brother who is in the service. They were supposed to be delivered on christmas eve, but they were late, which is understandable seeing as it was so close to the holiday. When they didn't get delivered on time I called to see if they were still enroute. When I finally received a call back the lady on the phone was extremely rude from the start. I then proceeded to ask clarifying questions about my packages and the lady became agitated and aggressive with her responses. Due to her attitude I hung up the phone and didn't have a clear understanding of what she was trying to tell me. I've sent mail and packages to this address before and there hasn't been an issue until this incident.

Postal staff are always helpful and friendly. I have lived in Rainier for over 40 years and look forward to interacting with the staff at this post office.
The other day I met a new worker, Leslie.
She was so helpful!

It's rediculous you can't check your mail if you have a normal work schedule because they lock the doors. I can't even go on a weekend because they only stay open until 10am. This place sucks!

Service is terrible I can’t even go get my mail because of the hours if you have a 9-5 I guess don’t get a P.O. Box because you won’t be able to get your mail unless you take a day off in the middle of the week

Everyone is always friendly. I've never had trouble with my mail or packages. Barb has gone out of her way to help me and my son with a package that was being delivered. This is the second time I've lived in Rainier and had a PO box I'm happy with their service.

This place has the most ridiculous hours of service....cannot access a box that is paid for unless you can get in when the post office is actually open...... cannot access boxes 24 hours a day..... if you have a day job and work on weekends you can get your mail...
