Cascade Peaks is a charming outdoor destination offering great opportunities for winter skiing, year-round hiking, and river activities. The campground is situated on 90 acres, providing a scenic and spacious setting. Visitors appreciate the friendly and helpful management, with the manager being especially praised for their hospitality. The grounds feature a little store with a variety of items, clean bathrooms and showers, and access to fishing behind the motorhome in the river. Many guests enjoy the location and the beautiful country, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. However, some reviews mention that the park has become a bit run-down over time. There are old, broken-down campers and buildings that give a grimy or musty feeling, which can detract from the overall experience. The grounds need some maintenance, such as trimming trees, fixing potholes, and improving trash areas. Water pressure and cleanliness of certain areas have also been noted as issues. Despite these concerns, visitors feel that with some attention to upkeep, Cascade Peaks has the potential to be a stellar place. Overall, it remains a great location for outdoor recreation and a friendly community atmosphere.
The owner and staff are professional and courteous. Price is right and my grandchildren love the zip line.

I'll bet in its day this was a super great RV park but it's getting a little rundown. I did give it 4 stars because they accepted us as a late arrival as we got caught at night in some bad weather in the area and needed a place to stop. It is a very large park and seemed a bit spooky going in there at night in the fog.
