Had issues for a few weeks with my computer, took it to a few people who were tech savvy and no fix, I called PAT and they gave me advice that I would have had no idea what to do otherwise, would definitely recommend them for computer services.

I had a hardware/software issue I had worked on for hours without success. Nathan completely resolved the problems. He is a courteous and knowledgeable computer technician that gets the job done.

Nathan, the owner was a very nice guy and helped me find a cheap new laptop because he knew it would not be worth it to repair my old one. The new computer works great and was less than $250. His business is out of his house and when I stopped by his young daughter was playing with a very small cat that his family had taken in from outside. He is a solid good person and I wish him the best with his continued business. Thanks for everything Nathan.

So delighted to find such a really competent and nice person to fix a big mess on my laptop that took over 3 hours! Seniors this is your guy! He is patient and will fix your problems so you can understand it. Very refreshing. And he is very reasonable and prompt. Thanks again Nathan.

Nathan is a magician! My computer had an internal fire (yes, a fire!) and he was still able to recover my data, helped me obtain a new computer, reloaded everything and helped me get back up and running again. He's a tech wonder, yet speaks more than tech jargon! Very efficient, reasonably priced and loves to solve a mystery! Can't recommend him highly enough! We are SO LUCKY to have this talented tech/computer person in our community!
