I really enjoy coming here for my monthly slushies. I love the wide variety of flavors and…that’s about it. but i want to make one suggestion. cap sizes. i’m not sure who in the state of washington actually comes to this 711 for the slushies but i do and whenever i decide to buy a medium sized cup, i can’t for the life of me find the right sized lid. i’m not sure if ive tricked myself into believing this, but i remember a time when there was a lid that could actually fit onto this medium sized cup and life was amazing. when i don’t want a big gulp cup, i can go for the medium with a lid that actually fits. this just makes the slushy experience what it needs to be. but as of late, i feel like this lid has disappeared and i don’t appreciate that. not only would getting the right cover size be beneficial to me, a loyal customer, but also to your business. with better lids, there wouldn’t be such a mess when trying to fill the cups. with better lids, we would all benefit and slowly make the world a better place one lid at a time. because, if you really think about it, a regular customer would keep throwing out the lids if it didn’t fit in order to find the right one. but let’s say they found one that did fit, or even better if it was labeled, then less lids would have to go to waste and we would have longer on this earth because plastic is no joke. i really hope that you can take this review into consideration. and ps, you are allowed to sell lighters to minors sir. i hope you guys have an amazing day and i hope to see the i still thrive!!!!!

When did basic humanity become a luxury?”
Today I had a distressing experience at a 7-Eleven store. I arrived urgently needing to use the restroom, only to be coldly told, “No.” The doors were open, the lights were on, and the store was doing business—but the most basic human necessity was denied without a second thought.
It left me wondering:
Since when did restrooms become a privilege reserved only for paying customers?
Since when did compassion depend on a receipt?
7-Eleven is a place that serves the public. Denying someone access to a restroom in a moment of real need is not just bad service—it’s a failure of empathy. We are all human. Emergencies happen. A little kindness goes a long way.
I hope this message serves as a reminder:
Customer service isn’t just about selling—it’s about caring.

ZERO STAR !!!!! Really bad! Bad ! Service! The cashier was so rude !
Not helping the customer and so rude with attitude! I will never ever come to this store!

Maybe I’m not understanding the sign that is on the door, but Sam Singh the cashier is telling me that ANY Coca Cola product doesn’t cover any thing but original Coke for this deal. So when I walk up with a cherry coke he’s telling me that it doesn’t qualify. Maybe my English comprehension just isn’t what it used to be.

They banned masks here even though there is still a pandemic going on, which is an incredibly ableist, unsanitary, and ignorant thing to do.

Store is open 24 hours. At 1:45am, employee locked the door and refused to open it. Typical 7 Eleven I guess.

Not a 7/11, they should have the name removed. They honor no coupons and don't really do 7/11 day. A disgrace to the 7/11 legacy! Not sure how they are allowed to keep 7/11 name.

Supposed to be open 24 hrs. Worker inside refused to open the door tonight. I guess he wanted to just sleep on his shift? What a dump. I’m definitely not scary as a middle aged blond white woman. Unbelievable
