Normally I give this pharmacy a 5 star rating since this is really the only pharmacy with friendly staff and fills my medications without much hassle. Except today, I was the only person in line. A guy named Rico was the only one working in the pharmacy. He did not acknowledge me for 5 minutes until I had to wave my arm for attention. He responded rudely “be there in a minute.” He carried an unpleasant attitude the entire transaction. It’s clear he does not enjoy his job. Whenever Sarah is working, she has always a fantastic attitude and friendly demeanor.

Pharmacists Sarah and Rico and Pharmacy technician Priti are the most kind and professional people that our family has ever interacted with. They are highly intelligent and do everything they can to help us. We use this pharmacy, even though it’s not the closest one home, because the service is so good.

This is my current pharmacy, that works like a clockwork.Prescriptions are always filled on time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never had any glitches here.A huge leap forward compared to Bartell.

I bought this on Feb 24, 2023… about 2.5 years after the Best Use by date on the box had been exceeded. Based on this experience, and multiple stories from my neighbors who, over 17+ years have had this exact experience throughout the store and in various products, I would give this store 1 star and highly recommend staying clear.

EXCEPTIONAL quality care and service. We've been using Savon pharmacy @ Redmond Alberstons' 236th & Fall City Rd. for over 28 years. It occurred to me we have never experienced a single incident of poor service. Highly professional pharmacists', RX ready or within a short 10 minute wait time. I am compelled to RAVE about our private pharmacy. (smile)

Lovely, caring staff who do their best to provide for their customers.They are busy, so there will be a wait time, but that's to be expected. The only complaints I have are actually the health insurance policies making refilling scripts very annoying and delayed, but that is not the fault of the pharmacy staff.The staff are accommodating and mindful of their customers. I'd like to particularly name Sarah for always going above and beyond and being friendly and professional.

Had to wait for a pharmacist to check me in to get my COVID booster for 10 minutes despite no one else waiting in line. Then denied me the vaccine despite CDC recommendation for my condition. Absolutely horrible experience.

I got the vaccine here and was told that they don't asperate. Strange..... I thought it would be common practice. Please let me know if I'm wrong.

They should not be allowed to handle anything Covid related from their online scheduling to their walk in process what a fail. 20 people in line for more then an hour with no information, no place to sit and not knowing if we will even get a shot. You can't complain about low vax rates if this is the process.
