This is my current pharmacy, that works like a clockwork.Prescriptions are always filled on time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never had any glitches here.A huge leap forward compared to Bartell.

I bought this on Feb 24, 2023… about 2.5 years after the Best Use by date on the box had been exceeded. Based on this experience, and multiple stories from my neighbors who, over 17+ years have had this exact experience throughout the store and in various products, I would give this store 1 star and highly recommend staying clear.

EXCEPTIONAL quality care and service. We've been using Savon pharmacy @ Redmond Alberstons' 236th & Fall City Rd. for over 28 years. It occurred to me we have never experienced a single incident of poor service. Highly professional pharmacists', RX ready or within a short 10 minute wait time. I am compelled to RAVE about our private pharmacy. (smile)

Lovely, caring staff who do their best to provide for their customers.They are busy, so there will be a wait time, but that's to be expected. The only complaints I have are actually the health insurance policies making refilling scripts very annoying and delayed, but that is not the fault of the pharmacy staff.The staff are accommodating and mindful of their customers. I'd like to particularly name Sarah for always going above and beyond and being friendly and professional.

Had to wait for a pharmacist to check me in to get my COVID booster for 10 minutes despite no one else waiting in line. Then denied me the vaccine despite CDC recommendation for my condition. Absolutely horrible experience.

I got the vaccine here and was told that they don't asperate. Strange..... I thought it would be common practice. Please let me know if I'm wrong.

They should not be allowed to handle anything Covid related from their online scheduling to their walk in process what a fail. 20 people in line for more then an hour with no information, no place to sit and not knowing if we will even get a shot. You can't complain about low vax rates if this is the process.

My wife just ran in to try and get me a prescription today after my visit to the ER. 4:55...pharmacist saw her coming...looked he in the eyes and closed the gate. You sir are a grade A a$$h0l3!!!

Thank you to the manager who politely enforced the wearing of masks in their store. A couple had ignored the big sign at the door telling them that to not enter if they are not wearing a mask and started to shop. The manager politely approached them and informed them of the mandate and gave them 2 masks to wear in the store.

Went to Theresa's line to check out only to discover one of the mangoes in my basket was bruised badly where I hadn't noticed earlier. I didn't have time to run the mango all the way back to swap it out, so I told her I would just leave it with her if that was okay. She was so rude about the whole situation and noticeably irritated with me not purchasing the smushed mango. On top of that, she conveniently forgot to put one of my items in my bag when I left, which I didn't realize until I was already back home. And yes, I was charged for it. Will not be returning to this Albertsons unless it's absolutely necessary.
