We couldn’t be happier with this business. First, a month ago we were helped immediately with an emergency need. While it was not an involved process, we were stunned that the owner of the business, Glenn Connor handled the situation so quickly and to top it off, refused to charge us.
A month later, when our car was in need of serious repair, in part due to an improper repair by an earlier mechanic, Alignments Plus solved our problem incredibly quickly. The original computer diagnosis showed potentially multiple issues causing the problem. The shop could’ve charged us to address these multiple concerns. Instead, they advocated taking one step at a time to see if we could avoid more expensive repairs. And they were right, the step one intervention solved the problem for a fraction of what this shop could have charged us.
And did I mention the delight that it is to encounter Carlos the mechanic? He clearly loves his work and does everything he can to make the customer comfortable and pay the least possible.
I HIGHLY recommend Alignments Plus, for much more than an alignment!

Terrible experience. Quoted $350 for a front brakes job, got to the appt & the technician quotes me at over $600 - when I complained he told me to see the owner - owner was RUDE and PATRONIZING with terrible customer service. Will NEVER return to this place - no honesty & integrity with customers.

I needed an alignment due to a low wall collision. The guys at Alignments Plus set an appointment fast, checked out my car, saw it needed some replacement parts. They gave me a quote that was reasonable, and had me back on the road the next day. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The shop was very clean, and comfortable. Back and forth communication was easy to understand, and very up front. I'd recommend them to my mother, I was very pleased!

They were able to align my car quickly and without trouble after I had new tie rods installed. However, when I went to pay, I found the price was $50 higher than what I was quoted because i had the parts installed somewhere else. I disclosed this information when I got the quote, but the extra amount wasn’t added until i picked the car up. Save yourself $50 and don’t give them any extra information.

AVOID! Bait and switch. Incompetent. Didnt do alignment properly after two times. Refused to further correct it. I had to go to a different shop to get it done properly.Quoted one price, but when when I came in, it suddenly doubled. Did alignment anyway, but when I left the shop the steering was significantly off, and the car was not driving in straight line. Went back again and asked to correct it. They did correct steering, but the car would start shaking at highway speeds. Called in couple days later, and they said it wasn’t an alignment issue, refused to look any further into it. I had to go a different shop which was able to align the car without any issues. Wasted $180 on them. Thats “Alignment Minus”. Stay away.

I have used Alignments Plus for nearly 20 years. They have good prices, mechanics who know what they are doing, and easy to get my cars in, usually immediately as I'm having a problem. I have sent many friends there and not one has been dissatisfied.
