Well honest review, all sports facilities or gym places are similar but it's about the whole experience, the owners are such wonderful people and everyone that exercises there is so dedicated.again it's more of a sports facility with big spacious areas to do any type of functional or performance training to any type of sport, and a lot of other options from machines to weight and resistance training all the way to calisthenics and some gymnastics equipment. Pretty awesome place and people. After all each person's experience is different so check yourself ?

one of the best gyms I have belonged to! There are a lot of very good personal trainers. Best of all It's a real gym, not a snoby social club. If you have kids looking to have a baseball scholarship and need batting or pitching coaching, I would check out FM Sports

Small space, but its perfect for serious athletes! They have great equipment for functional workouts as well as batting cages in the back for baseball and softball.

FM Sports is awesome!! I highly recommend checking it out. Frank is so knowledgeable and he helps make working out something I look forward to. Changes things up so you don't get bored! Great new equipment, innovative here.

FM is the place to BE!! ... Clean gym with all the greatest newest equipment, that is actually worth utilizing for fitness. No fussing with meat heads over taking the weight lifting area making ruckus with their meat head noises. LOL .. On a serious note FM ROCKS!!
